"I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there was a continuous noise coming from an area near the entrance of the room, across from the bathroom door. The sound resembled running water and never seemed to stop, even during the night. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our stay. We were traveling with a baby, and both the noise and the difficulty sleeping became a major issue for our family. A good night's sleep is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and this problem greatly affected our comfort. I was also disappointed with the in-room coffee station. It contained only one tea bag, two cups, and three coffee packets, all of which were decaffeinated. A more complete selection would have been appreciated. Additionally, the view from Room 401 was not particularly enjoyable and fell below what I expected from this property. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the efforts of the staff, the constant noise issue had a substantial negative impact on our overall experience. I hope the hotel can investigate this issue for future guests and consider an appropriate gesture to address the inconvenience caused during our stay."

"The stay was good until it was constant arguing and fighting from the neighbors kept me up thru the night and trying to find a working ice machine was definitely a cardio workout and still did not find one. No turn down service was provided the construction outside was an eye sore the cookies were amazing though bathroom was kinda dirty but didn’t complain just cleaned it myself overall it’s an average stay that was interrupted with fighting and arguing from neighbors"

"The bathrooms are super small, we had tape on our bathroom door…could barely open the bedroom door as the lock kept sticking…a very outdated hotel. The hot tub was nice but there were no towels to dry off with…the 2nd floor coke machine didn’t work….it was ok for a quick weekend trip but would not stay again."

"We selected this hotel because of the brand name, advertised pool and location for a weekend family trip with easy access to the Metra station to get to downtown Chicago. Location. Fine. All else just horrible. First, the pool. Which was a strong must have traveling with young kids. Closed and looks like its been transformed to a storage unit. Refurbishment is a nice excuse for unadvertised closure. Elevators. Only one worked the entire time-we were there on the 3 and 4 floor. Sharing the hotel with flight crews and other travelers forced us to haul our luggage up the stairs. After waiting 20 minutes. The air conditioning unit in our room was LOUD and didn’t regulate temperature at all. Our door didn’t lock properly…"

"Rooms were extremely clean and quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, although it could have used some fresh fruit to go with their other offerings. The pool was clean although a bit chilly. Courtyard was beautiful. Would definitely stay again when in town."
