"Gorgeous luxury hotel in the heart of nyc. Everything in Times Square was walkable. It’s one block from the subway station which we used frequently to get around greater manhattan (purchase the unlimited week pass). RT60 bar on the 64th floor had great food and beautiful covered outdoor seating. Beds were so comfortable. Staff were everywhere and very friendly. My only complaint is there was a $40 resort fee per day that surprised us at checkout. Found it on Expedia later by opening all the collapsed notes. Now you not only have to read the fine print, you have to go digging to find it. Resort fees are common in New-York and this was an issue with how Expedia presented the info so I didn’t remove any stars for this unfortunate event. Overall, hotel was perfect and exceeded expectations. "

"This hotel was in a perfect location, huge family room beautifully clean, felt safe and secure and staff were excellent. The only issue we had was on arrival to the room, to find only one bed for 3 people and no sofa bed. Went to reception to be told it would be an additional $45 per night for a rollaway bed, after a 20 minute discussion with the hotel it was agreed they would provide this FOC as my son is 14 yrs old, it was not appropriate for him to share with myself and my friend who was travelling with us as suggested at one point by the hotel. Expedia really need to make people aware of this on there site if sofa beds are not in the room as suggested on the advert."

"So close to everything walkable. Much quieter than I expected for it being literally in Times Square. Hotel itself had great amenities and felt modern. Easy walks to Broadway shows and food. Would totally stay here again. "

"We loved the hotel for its proximity to everything we wanted to get to and the staff was very helpful with information or hailing cabs. The elevator situation was a pain unless you knew to use the service elevators and then it was a non-issue. "

"Centrally located and really easy to get to Penn Station. Walkable to Times Square, Empire State Building and 42nd street. Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms aren’t big, but fitted two queen size beds in and we didn’t spend much time in there so were fine for our needs. Most importantly the room and bathroom was clean with essential toiletries and towels refreshed without even asking! Apparently the gym was useful too for my son’s needs. The staff on the door made us feel safe and secure. I stayed with my two teenagers. Would completely recommend. "
