"What a strange place. Felt kind of shabby and unloved. Front desk unattended on several occasions. Staff slow and sometimes unhelpful. Hallway carpets scuffy. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was very good either. On the plus side, king balcony was large and had a nice lake view. Bed very comfortable ..."
