Hair, not mine in shower when arrived to room. Only one elevator was working which led to long waits going both up and down. Breakfast was mediocre but included which helped ease the disappointment. The waffle maker worked well. Staff was friendly, valet parking was $45 and they prompted for a tip! Good local to historic district.

Overall we had a great stay, but our ac didnt work well and it was warm in our room. We absolutely loved the people that worked there.

Staff was wonderful! Room was clean and quiet. Only two negatives: one elevator was out of commission, and my view was of a huge working construction site!

Excellent location to all - tour pickups, river, great restaurants Only thing, I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining with only one elevator working - was quite hard. Otherwise, great hotel to stay at.

The hotel is clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is included and the dining staff were very helpful and kept the food stocked. The location is great and is close to a lot of walkable things to see.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Locked out of the bathroom, took hours just to get someone up there and longer to fix. Thankfully one of the infants wasn't locked in there. Left a mess after repair and no house keeping during our stay.

Location, location, location! The perfect spot in the heart of all the dining, shopping, and touring for the area. The rooms were clean with the most comfortable beds and pillows. Each breakfast day was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge services were helpful, easy and efficient (especially Cate). The perfect spot for a getaway for a few days!

The location was ideal, valet parking was very practical and easy, although expensive. Our room was lovely and spacious. The staff was excellent, especially Marie at the front desk. Breakfast was better than most.

Room could have been cleaner .. foors were not vacuumed well etc. but not awful. Rooms were cleaned every other day which I learned is standard. Not sure if this is now industry standard. Staff was extremely nice .. breakfast very good ..was able to check in early. Overall a decent stay.
