"Stayed Saturday to Monday. Poor check in, very slow, staff appeared to lack interest in customers. An hour to get a room. On Sunday WiFi not available in our room all day. No solution given. In the early evening,no hot water. Callling to request help, we were told our building was not having hot water until Monday. Nobody informed us, maintenance never appeared and no solution given. PdelE has many options. Why bother returning to Solanas? "

"To start with when we arrived, the hotel dkid not have our reservation . Luckily they honored Expedia voucher I had printed, Apartment was shabby. All apartment items, linen, cuttlery, etc is really out of date and needs a complete change and referbushing. Bathroom with broken tiles and basin. Room with small 16 inch old TV. But the one thing that stood out was Mitchel, the concierge, he was super helpful, very proactive and always checking with us to ensure all was going ok. We got some really great suggestions on tours, restaurants, shopping. One in our group was a vegan and Mitchel suggest this vegan place called Oli, we all loved it!. Mitchel, you were fantastic!"

Absolutely Worth the Stay
"Absolutely amazing service - the front desk staff were friendly and immediately responsive. Check-in was a little hectic - no hot water - a problem which was fixed right away. The fixtures are a little old (old style door knobs, not even bottle of water in the room, low water pressure) but excellent bedding, comfortable, spacious, great location and view. Breakfast also needs a major overhaul."
