Hotel staff was very friendly. Most hotels in the city were fully booked during the days we needed. We wouldn’t typically stay near the airport because there aren’t any walkable amenities nearby (especially with kids). Our room was clean, the bathroom was nice. However, it smelled overwhelmingly of air fresheners or some sort of harshly scented cleaner. We couldn’t find anything plugged into an outlet so we assumed it was something sprayed in the room during cleaning.

I was disappointed that the hotel refused to add my Hilton Rewards ID to my reservation. I have just checked in now in Hampton Inn in Regina and they had no problem adding my Hilton Rewards ID to my reservation.
