"Overall it was a good option and would go back. A few things to note. If you’re in a low floor in the Palm Tower you can use the stairs. Elevator services rooms, restaurant and car park and takes forever to arrive. No recycling whatsoever. And no concern of staff “just throw the plastic bottles in the garbage”. They leave 6 new bottles in your room every day and despite the efforts to protect the waterways, mangroves, sea life all around. The hotel is not on board with sustainability practices, One girl at front desk quite rude. Everyone else lovely. Music too loud at tiki bar!"

"Embassy Suites Sarasota exceeded all expectations. Housekeeping was exceptional, keeping the room immaculate throughout my stay. The team at the 8th‑floor restaurant and bar deserves special praise — great service, great energy, and genuinely welcoming people. I’d gladly stay here again."

"Hi there, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was nice and would help if asked. An example, would be they would give us new towels if we asked. The housekeeping did not clean each day but that may be normal, I am not sure. Pool was nice. The shower leaked on to the floor no matter what we did which left me worried for their floors but the accommodations were nice. AC worked great, comfy beds, refrigerator and microwave were good. A little loud on friday and Saturday night but peaceful the other nights. Overall very good."
