Communicating with the reception staff in English was challenging and there was a lot of confusion regarding billing and invoicing. I am still waiting for my final invoice.

Need an adapter
Amazing breakfast but the building need some improvement, if you are foreign be advice that the rooms do not has international outlet plugs , you need to buy an adapter to be able to use the plugs.

The front desk clerk manner, not very welcoming. The front desk is dated, the rooms are nice and spacious but the bathroom and bed need a remodeling.

Housekeeping the first and last day was good rest of the day just maid the bed. Did. Not change towels or empty trash cans.

Stayed 3 nights on a business trip to SP. Location is great - safe and with several decent restaurants around. My only downside is the lack of complementary drinking water in the room, which is quite standard in many similar hotels I've stayed in.

Ja havia me hospedado no hotel antes e como sempre tive boa experiência, resolvi reservar novamente. O hotel ficou sem energia por mais de 12 horas. Entendo que imprevistos acontecem, mas deveriam estar melhor preparados para isso, para que o cliente não se prejudique tanto. Ficamos no quarto sem luz e sem ar condicionado, tendo que dormir com as janelas abertas para que entrasse algum ar, deixando o quarto barulhento devido aos barulhos externos. Mas o que mais me incomodou foi o café da manhã. Todos os alimentos oferecidos estavam velhos. Os ovos mexidos estavam crus, os pães duros, o presunto com gosma e o pão de queijo também estava velho. Entendo que estamos passando por uma pandemia, mas poderiam então mudar o café para outro método, com menos itens e feito a pedido do cliente, na hora, isso evitaria que os produtos ficassem velhos, evitaria desperdícios e o cliente ficaria satisfeito.

I’d stayed one year ago in this property and was a bit disappointed to come back. It seems not well maintained during the year; absurd charges - like for an ice bucket; and noisy rooms. Nevertheless, price is still attractive.

Localização ao lado do WTC. Limpeza pobre.
O barulho da rua vai todo para o quarto pois não há janela apropriada. Meu quarto estava com algo pegajoso no chão, tipo suco que não foi limpo.
