The hotel is located inside of the terminal, which is very inconvenient. We had to go through customs with our bags just to enter the hotel area. The next morning, we had to go back through customs with our bags and check them in at the terminal. It was an awful awful experience..

We booked this hotel to make our 12hs stopover at GRU airport more comfortable, and the hotel did its job. Quiet room (though windowless), complimentary breakfast, and a small garden to breath an outside air. The amenities are quit basic and quite expensive for the hotel's grade, but still I'd chose this one again than having to move to a better hotel in Guarulhos city.

Imposible to find the Hotel. You have to check in first and that doesn’t leave you with time to: 1.- find the hotel because signs don’t work 2.- you only get nearly 3 hours before boarding

Address of the hotel was confusing. Either it was within Terminal 3 or it wasn't. We were given an address outside the airport but we never got there. Also, we were told that a shuttle bus was part of the package. We waited for that bus for 30 minutes and it never showed up.

I am sorry for what happened and for the inconvenience caused, but I believe you are confusing the hotels, as we have made sure that the conditions of our hotel are clearly indicated in the hotel description and there is no information where the bus service is included, as our hotel is inside the airport and there is no means of transportation to get here. Highly recommended
Having stayed at this hotel several times, I can highly recommend it. This time we had a 12 hour layover and we felt totally refreshed after a shower and a good sleep. Also includes a good breakfast if you are there during these hours.

It’s the most convenient option you have for staying at/near the hotel. Only real complaint was that most of the hallways smell like nasty cigarette smoke because they let the smokers take over the interior garden area and they leave the door to that garden open a lot.

Layover in São Paulo
Had a 9 hour layover in São Paulo. Was a a good option to rest and relax away from the busy airport while still being inside the building close to my departure gate. Well positioned hotel with everything you need for a layover.

We are big fans of transit hotels for late night departures as we have a toddler, not to mention being able to freshen up after a long day. This hotel met all expectations and we went from bed to gate just 30 minutes before our scheduled departure. Good, clean rooms, friendly staff and good food. The convenience is priceless.

This stay never ended up happening… I may have missed some fine print but it was not clear to me anyway that this hotel is only for those making international connections as you can’t access it from just any terminal. We were coming in from an international destination but our connection was for another spot in Brazil. Just as an FYI. I am sure the hotel is lovely but we were fortunate to find a last minute reservation at the Fast Sleep hotel which is available for domestic connections.

Very friendly and accommodating reception staff. Room was clean and sufficient but the TV is broken (screen has 4 bright dots and the rest of the screen is dim and dark). Other than that, I’d recommend this property if you have a long international layover.
