The location of the property was great. We were close to the Brigadeiro subway station as well as the shopping patio paulista mall. The room we got however, was very much below our expectations as it did not look like what was shown in the pictures when we booked. Additionally, the bathroom was subpar. The faucet was leaking water, the bathtub had many stains, and the toilet or the drain was emitting sewage smell. Surprisingly there was a kitchenette (just sink and a bar style shelf) which was not shown in the pictures, but the sink itself was a bit rusty on the inside and the faucet would splash water everywhere when turned on. The room looked dated along with the furnitures. For the price, I would rather pay an extra 10-15 bucks a night to upgrade to a Premier level. Or check out other hotels if you want to stay within that budget (check out local hotels- they may be cheaper and nicer). One last thing to note, this property is no longer part of the Radisson rewards program - they have switched to Choice Rewards. Staff said Radisson is leaving South America.
