Hotel antiguo y con malos amenities. Hotel está en no muy buenas condiciones y a las habitaciones les falta un update. Tiene malos olores en los pasillos. Gimnasio y restaurant cierran muy temprano (9PM).

I have stayed at this hotel over 10 times in the past 10 years and they act like I'm a new customer. The rate that Expedia quoted is NOT the price I paid. The eating area was EXCELLENT, but the shower and bathroom had sitting water and mildew. I did NOT feel like any VIP status and of all the travel I have had around the world, this was NOT the quality for what I paid. Disappointed and after all these years, this will probably be the last time I stay there when I go to Sao Paulo

Voltaria sem dúvidas
Tivemos que pegar uma noite de emergência ao não conseguir embarcar num voo de madrugada. O staff foi prestativo e nos forneceu o que precisávamos para o conforto da nossa bebê.

Location was the best, beautiful view of some modern buildings and a park. Bathroom is pretty small. Amenities could be upgraded. Even though I asked for a room with one queen bed for two I was given a two-single bed room.

The air conditioner was not working so they had to bring me a separate AC unit. I have seen this as a comment from other guests. The sink was leaking so that had to fit it. The towels were old and had stains on them. The hotel is just quite old. You have to hit the elevator buttons for them to work. The hotel really needs renovating.

The hotel location is good, Internet not stable
The hotel location is good, closed to the two mall and bar. The water pressure of shower is good, The gym is not ready yet, now only has two treadmill, The worse part is Wi-Fi connection is not stable disconnect most of time

Great safe location in front of elegant mall
Estanplaza is in a great business area, very well located in front of the most elegant mall the JK you can cross the street. We felt very safe, excellent breakfast ! From brazilian to international food and abundant !

Nice Stay in Sao Paulo
I had a great stay in this hotel. As a gold member, they gave me an upgrade which was very appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. Stayed for three nights.

The place was very nice and the rooms where always maintained well. I have only a couple of complaints. When you check in in most hotels they tell you about things like the Wi-Fi password and when breakfast is served. The person who checked me in say nothing about the hotel. Also my key became disabled twice while I was there for 2 weeks. No big deal but I expected a bit more based on the class of this hotel.

Decent hotel with good service
It is a decent hotel With a great location (for my meetings) and a good service, the breakfast is also great. Internet is a bit slow and the gym is poorly equipped.

Excellent business stay in SP!
The only thing i didn't like is that the lobby and most of the facilities are plain and require some updating. They look like a good hotel from the 90-s, so if you put a little make-up on i'm sure it will look a lot grander! Everything else was just thumbs up from there, the breakfast is delicious "da fazenda" the staff is very polite and attentive, the rooms are confy, and its right on ITAIM one of the best and busiest business zones of SP just a few blocks from bars 2 shopping malls (JK, V.Olimpia, C. Jardim) its really very nicely located and safe. I would totally stay here again if you are on business this is your place. If you are on vacation, i do have to say is a good choice for safety and what not, but you are going to be relatively far from everything touristy, luckily the metro station is just a block away... (and the malls in the area a super expensive)
