The room was clean, spacious. The breakfast was excellent- plenty of choices, fresh fruits, healthy meals and very affordable. The staff are very nice.

The beds in the room, where light and nonsupportive unlike what we would expect from a hotel with a nice entrance like the BT those beds brought back muscular cramps

Big comfortable rooms, flexible late checkout policy. Nice location. One downside is the 'spa'. It's a small space that is operated independently of the hotel, so hotel staff couldn't give us any information, and the spa wouldn't answer the phone. We had to make several in person visits to contact a staff person, and were in the end unable to arrange a massage. The sauna is inside the spa, but operated by the hotel, so the spa people cant turn it on. Another big problem: I left my credit card in the room when we checked out, and have called the hotel about it, without success. One person said they had it, another said she wasn't aware of it and would check it out, and no one ever got back to me.

It's a good location if you need to work around the Paulista Avenue area, otherwise it's getting unsafe every time I come back. The hotel needs some restauration in terms of details and style.

It was not our first stay here but this time we had some problems. Rooms was not the one we booked and paid for. We were given an inferior room and it took over a day fo the reception to have this problem resolved. They were not helpful. The hotel is located near the Avenida Paulista, good location for us... lovely breakfast and all... it is a practical place to stay ... I will start there again but hopefully we will get what we paid for upon arrival

great location next to Paulista ave. the room was not clean but i arrived for one night and i arrived late so i didn't tell the reception to come and clead the dust from the room. didn't recieve any upgrade as for the VIP, and i asked for high floor and didn't recieve that either. for one night it was ok.

The staff was amazing! They were friendly and understanding. I ended up extending my stay for an extra night and everything was smooth. From check-in to check-out, everything was easy and convenient. Location, location, location! This hotel is ~2 min walk to Avenida Paulista, where you could find restaurants, bars, shopping, banks, etc. (you name it). I think I will prioritize staying here next time I’m in São Paulo.

Excellent stay, loved the place! Location is really perfect, being nicely situated in a good part of town and nearby two subway stations. The staff was always helpful and kind. No dount i would recommend this place to others. Additionally, I ended up liking Sao Paulo much more than I expected; wished i had stayed longer.

The rooms in general are a bit outdated and can use a refresh. A great way to start is by replacing all the bathroom towels with brand new ones. At the same time, this hotel's location is hard to beat. You are staying in a lovely area that is one block away from Avenida Paulista. Above everything else, the best thing about this property is its team of caring professionals. If you are looking for attentive service, this is the place to stay. A big THANK YOU to Juliana at the front desk for making our Blue Tree Paulista experience a wonderful one.

Estava muito frio em São Paulo!! O aquecimento do quarto não funcionava de jeito nenhum… tirando o frio que passei no quarto e o não funcionamento do aquecimento que deixou muito a desejar… o resto foi um excelente atendimento de 0 a 10 dou nota 6… se o aquecimento funcionasse seria 9,5… no contexto geral é um bom Hotel e bem localizado.

I read all the reviewed and I thought I took a good decision to change the hotel, and to be honest, I regret it completely. The staff was amazing, any doubt of this but, the room, old, not quite clean, the bathroom all rusty. My sheets smell dirty. I regret it all the time..

Good location, nice installations and great staff
The breakfast is well served, with plenty of options. The rooms might look a bit old, but they are well kept and there are some great touches, like USB power sockets. The staff is really polite and helpful, making the stay even better. You are literally less than five minutes from Paulista Avenue, the most famous one in the city.
