Terrible hotel and experience. Walls are paper thin, you can hear noises from all rooms around you. No open windows. Dirty towels.

BrBreakfast below expectations
Mercure chain hotels maintain the same standard that customers are already used to. However, in this unit, breakfast was annoyingly substandard: I had to wait for more than 5 minutes to bring cups, there were no croissants and the bacon was impossible to eat so burned. Minor flaws that a good manager should avoid.

A good hotel in a good location
Quite a good hotel, very good value for money. I've slept in softer beds, though, and it's strange to find no plug in the basin in a hotel of this standard. Reasonable breakfast, very helpful staff throughout. Parking is valet parking with no self-parking option, but OK for 12 Reals.

Enjoyed this hotel. Bed/pillows, which is important for us was very comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work and a light was out in the bathroom so after waiting 6 hours to come and fix it, they finally moved us to another room. After that it was great. It would be better if breakfast was included with the room, but the buffet which was good cost approx. $12 per person per day.

Enjoyed my stay at hotel. Staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. Wireless internet was free, fast and allowed me to connect laptop and my mobile devices without much trouble. The hotel is conveniently located across from mall, restaurants, grocery store. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, TV had a wide range of local and international channels.

Nice hotel, well situated in town.
The hotel is nice, clean, friendly and the staff had a good attitude. It is located near a shopping mall, majore freeways and near principal industrial compounds. It is also near some good neighborhoods where restaurants and bars can be found.

Nice modern hotel
Hotel looked pretty new and was very comfortable. Enjoyed the stay very much. The room was really good. Modern furnishings with flat screen tv's and comfortable beds. The shower although small was adequate and had great shower pressure. The hotel lobby was nice and the reception guys at checkout were friendly and printed us mapquest directions to Curitiba. The reception check-in staff was not as friendly. They were not bad but just okay. The valet guys were not that helpful as they did not help with any of of our bags. Breakfast was super expensive so we did not eat there. It was in excess of 40 Reais! All in all the hotel was nice and would recommend to all.

Em um final de semana tivemos q mudar para 3 apartamentos. O primeiro entrou uma enchurrada devido a chuva. O segundo parecia que não limpavam a um mês e o terceiro pingava água do ar condicionado.

Péssima noite, não consegui dormir.
Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência com o ar condicionado. 3 quartos e em todos os ar condicionado estavam ruim. Nao consegui dormir a noite inteira, e no dia seguinte tinha um compromisso mt importante! O concierge foi mt atencioso e tentou de todas as maneiras me ajudar, mas a pane foi em todo o sistema. E em todos os quartos que passei, observei os aparelhos de ar bem sujos. (3 andar). Os telefones tb não funcionavam mt bem.

Boa localização e estrutura, péssimo em serviço
Estrutura ótima do hotel, localização perto de um shopping e mercado, porém equipe despreparada para acolher demanda de ano novo. Restaurante ótimo no café da manhã, porém a mulher que atendeu no final do dia no restaurante/bar era ríspida e claramente impaciente para término do expediente. Na virada do ano simplesmente apagaram as luzes do deck da piscina as 22hs com várias pessoas esperando para ver os fogos, já que é uma linda vista, não estavam dentro da piscina pois essa realmente encerrava as 22hs e tinham várias famílias no local. Ainda que hotel não ofereã programação especial para ano novo, ao menos manter a estrutura prometida na contratação e nas lindas fotos de divulgação, para usufruir na estadia especial, é o mínimo. Piscina não foi limpa nenhum dia, no final da estadia cheguei a encontrar bituca de cigarro dentro da piscina, teve lixo de coqueteis e comida que ficaram por 2 dias no mesmo local, mesmo após solicitar limpeza.
