We truly enjoyed our stay. The owners are truly lovable folks who helped us in so many ways to make our stay better. They gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy. The view of the sea from our balcony was unreal. The town of Fira is about 20 minutes walk so rented a car for two days to enjoy the breathtaking scenery around the island. They have a restaurant of their own and also there are couple very close to the property. I will definitely recommend this property!

Had an amazing stay here. The staff was so friendly, warm and welcoming. Anything and everything I needed was taken care of in a timely manner. Was able to quickly communicate with staff via WhatsApp. They took care of my transportation needs easily and swiftly with no trouble. Additionally the food at the property’s restaurant is incredible and the portions are terrific. The pool is beautiful and it’s not a far walk to get to the Firasquare to do some shopping and walking , or alternatively to catch a bus to Oia for the views and sunset. I loved my stay here and I would recommend villa manos to anyone looking for a great affordable hotel to stay.

Villa Manos is a great place to stay in Santorini. The staff are very very generous, kind and helpful! The hotel is extremely clean, possibly the cleanest one I saw in Santorini. They have a very nice pool area right next to their restaurant/bar. It is a pretty good walk to Fira from the hotel but they will arrange transportation for you for a small fee. What the hotel lacks in location (and it isn’t much) they more than make up in service, quality, and value. None of the other positive reviews on here are exaggerating, they really are great hosts and make you feel very welcomed! If I come back to Santorini I will definitely be staying here again.

just love the place. Walking in the staffs were very friendly. I sat at the pool the first day I can in, and a bartender offered some cake and cocktail.... This place is the place I wish I booked the first 2 night also...

The hotel was clean and quiet, however, a number of things were disappointing including: no bottled water provided (the island clearly states the tap water isn’t safe to drink so why no small bottle provided?), the hard sell on checkin for a tour on a boat didn’t land well and when rejected the staff got rude and basically threw my ID card back at me after I had to ask for it back. The room was fine and some shower gel was provided with clean towels every day although sheets were not changed. I did like that the aircon worked on a sensor with the door so minimising electrical waste. The bar staff were great and always with a ready smile and friendly service. It didn’t seem to be possible to pay by card so make sure you have plenty of cash available. The bus stop is up the road and once you work out the system it’s pretty easy to navigate the island from there. Sadly for the price I paid I didn’t feel I got good value for money which is a shame as the place has oodles of potential.

Our stay at Villa Manos was great - the team were really nice and welcoming, both at Reception (especially Poppy) and the bar/restaurant (especially Miltos). They were able to support us with transfers across the island. The room was a good size and had a great view towards the coast, and overlooking the property. The restaurant was impressive and reasonably priced, with service to the sun loungers as standard. The property is a short bus journey from the town of Fira (walking is possible to the town but be aware that the roads don't have designated pavements/sidewalks as we may be used to in the UK etc and so it's good to be vigilant!). Within a more reasonable walking distance there are local restaurants and cafes that are worth a visit. All in all, it was a great stay in a lovely hotel :)

The staff is amazing and friendly. It's probably a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel depending how fast you walk. The staff takes excellent care of guests. I needed a last minute ride and they responded promptly. The super market is only a couple minutes away. Great stay!

VERY NICE HIDDEN GEM IN SANTORINI. CENTRALLY LOCATED AND 20 MINUTES FROM NORTH AND SOUTH. GREAT ROOMS AND GREAT ENVIRONMENT. QUIET AND AWAY FROM THE NOISE OF FIRA OR THIRA. NO PEOPLE WALKING AROUND YOUR HOTEL LIKE IN OIA. MAYBE NOT THE BEST HOTEL BUT ITS DEFINATELY WORTH THE MONEY. I WOULD STAY AGAIN! WITH A CAR OR 4 WHEEL/SCOOTER RENTAL YOU'LL BE ABLE TO SEE THE WHOLE ISLAND!

Amazing value, great location & friendly staff!
Lovely place to stay, which was always clean, and with a very friendly service from Poppy & her team. Nice central location about 30mins walk from the main town. Would highly recommend staying here at a very good cost and value for money. Hope to return one day and still see this place going strong after the pandemic because I would highly recommend it to people wanting to experience the lovely island of Santorini.

I have been trying to leave a review for this hotel since we stayed here last year in April but for some reason they had the review section closed. Now that it is open I would like to let everyone know of how unpleasant this place was. First of all the pictures do not tell you the whole story. Pictures look great and some good reviews I am very sure that it is written by their own staff, but once you arrive you will be very disappointed. We had rented room #17 and it was claustrophobic and cold. The weather was cold and all the linens that are dried outside were all damped and cold and felt wet. I had kids and they were cold all night. We ordered breakfast from their restaurant onsite and the food was actually cooked by their own staff that sits at the front desk. They did not have a chef and the food tasted horrible. Also the pool is not safe because a child can easily fall inside when you have to walk past it to get to the restaurant/cafe. Overall I would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.

It is a nice place with a nice pool and restaurant by the pool. The room was very nice, better than what I expected. Staffs were quite friendly and as mentioned by other reviewers, got a free bottle of wine which was really nice. However, the location is a little far from the main bus station in Fira and if you do not have your own transport then it would be a little difficult, although there is a bus station just within 100m up hill. There are restaurants and convenient store (with very unfriendly staff) though just within walking distance.

If you're lucky enough to come across this place, then consider yourself even more lucky. The place looks EVEN better in person, like an exotic resort. It looks and feels BRAND new, the entire place! Great staff, feels like a Band of Brothers Family run business and they genuinely care about their customers. The pool was fantastic! Location fantastic like 6 mins to airport, 4 mins to Fira (the main strip) 8 mins to the Kamari Beaches, and about 20 mins to Red beach. Will def stay again. They even gave us a bottle of wine on our last day as a thank you. Also VERY accomodating as my wife didn't like the first room we were given because it had stairs, they said no problem, within 1 hr they gave us a different room with no stairs. Will def stay here again next year!

Villa Manos is a beautifully clean little idyll approx 20 mins walk from the centre of Thira. Rooms were lovely - the pool is gorgeous and the staff were super helpful. I would recommend getting form of transport if you want to see the rest of the island as busses are very unreliable, but that would go for wherever you were staying! Great Gyros at the place next door too.
