Great location and view! conveniently located in Thera and base to get to other activities. The service provided by staff was 10/10. the Caldera views were amazing! the rooms were clean, sleek and fresh! Loved staying here.

Beautiful views - lots of stairs
Beautiful views - note from the street, you take two different elevators down and then walk down flight(s) of stairs to your room. Same way to get back up to the main street. The bathroom was very small.

Breathtaking views, amazing location!
We really enjoyed our stay at Panorama! We had a queen suite with hot tub and front balcony. The view from our room was breathtaking!! We loved the location and could walk everywhere! We also liked that this hotel had an elevator if we were tired of walking up the stairs. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The only suggestion I would have is to add one more mirror in the room because we only had one mirror in the bathroom to share.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was so nice and welcoming. We had a lot on email communications before our stay and they were very helpful. We arrived at 1:30am because of two flight delays and the hotel transfer met us at the airport as promised and the hotel staff was so kind as to help us with all our luggage at check in. Check in was easy! There was 5 of us in the villa. The room set up was perfect. My Dad has his own bedroom downstairs, the twins each had their own twin bed and my husband and I were upstairs. We had 3 bathrooms. We decided to have breakfast at the upstairs lounge for convenience . My 70 year old father is with us and going to the pool for breakfast would had made it difficult for him with the four flights of steep stairs to the pool. The location is perfect. It literally is the first hotel on the left after the hotel drop off. It’s right in the middle town. We were able to get a lot of cheap take out and brought it to our room to watch the sunset. The sunsets are amazing and there is no need to go to Oia for it and battle the Oia crowds. We enjoyed our private jacuzzi as a family after each sunset. A big plus was also the two different elevators to reach our villa. It really helped us avoid the typical Santorini steep stairs. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for our wonderful stay on our first visit to Santorini! It was perfect!

Enjoyable
Everything about this hotel was amazing including choice in breakfasts, staff politeness and assistance for any request. Location was ideal. Being on the Caldera there are lots of internal stairs with lifts taking you part of the way down.

We recently stayed here for our honeymoon & loved it. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. They would arrange transfers for us whenever we needed, had recommendations for best food in the area, helped us with packing our bags to our room, etc. The hotel itself was amazing, we were lucky enough to stay on room #12, and WOW what a beautiful room that was. The pool had a great pool bar as well as restaurant. Highly recommend getting the chicken burger as an afternoon snack. Highly recommend staying at this property

I had the best relaxing vacation at panorama suites. The room was perfect, modern, clean and smells good. Our balcony was overlooking the volcano and the caldera. We were just one flight of stairs away from the pool (room32) and this is also where you have breakfast in the morning. if it rains, breakfast is served in bed :) Pool bar service was excellent. They remembered how I take my coffee in the morning. The man who carries our luggage 10 flights down to our room is exceptional! The hotel is centrally located in Santorini close to all the shopping and restaurant options. I would go back in a heartbeat!

This hotel is amazing! The view from the property speaks for itself, but the staff and location can’t be beat. They organized our shuttle from the port, picked up our bags from the taxi spot and walked us up to the hotel. I would like to Spyros (who works at the front desk). His suggestions for where to eat and what to see were spot on every single time. We will forever be grateful for his suggestions, especially for the restaurant Naoussa.

This hotel is definitely unique. It's located in an area in Fira that has lots of restaurants and shops and amazing views of the caldera. We stayed in the Suite, balcony (outdoor jetted tub, Caldera view) room. As you wind your way down two elevators, several stairs and tunnels and get into your room, you feel like you're staying in a cave. The room is spacious but pretty basic. What you're paying for is the amazing view from your private balcony. You could literally sit there for hours taking in the scenery. Having the hot tub made it even more special. It was quite an experience. Breakfast (included) is good. They will deliver it directly to your room if you want. Rooms are quiet (you don't hear outside noise). Although the room was clean and comfortable, there is no curtain on the shower and water easily gets on the floor in the bathroom creating a potential slip hazard (even with towels laid down on the floor). Likewise, you need to be very careful getting in and out of the hot tub. Bring some flip flops with good grips. Slipping was a constant concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It's such a nice area with spectacular views.

The view was unbeatable as was the level of service from the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service staff and porters were exceptionally helpful. Our room was very comfortable with a great view of the caldera and the pool. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The bar and snack service down by the pool beat anything by the restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel.

Enjoyed the stay at Panorama Suites very much. The room was everything we expected - very clean with an amazing view. The only issue we had was with the tiles used around the pool and our balcony hot tub. They are very slippery when wet. My wife slipped on them when stepping out of our hot tub and broke her arm. The front desk staff was very helpful with getting us to the hospital. We would definitely recommend these accommodations, maybe just wear water shoes around the pool and hot tubs.

We had a wonderful stay, the views are outstanding, the staff TOP NOTCH, and the included breakfast was a real treat! Read everyone’s comments on stairs to the rooms, this is no exaggeration. We were by the pool which was down 4 flights on elevator 1, down 2 more on another elevator and then… through the “tunnel” and down 3 more sets of stairs. The porter was absolutely necessary! Property is close to all you need in Fira. Also, VERY thankful that the property mailed us something we left behind accidentally! First class service, and lovely conversations as well.

My husband and I were here in May and it was everything and more I could ever imagine it to be. Everything was PERFECT! No words can explain the joy I felt being here from the front desk staff, the service, the breakfast and the views / comfort of the room I could stay here for weeks. We were here for 4 days and I felt like I was living in a movie. They organized the best reservations for dinners at restaurant for us and carried our bags up and down the many steps it was so kind of them. The fact that we can pre order our breakfast and have it ready to eat by the pool with the amazing views each morning was spectacular. I am so grateful for finding this hotel and staying here I will be back for sure!

We absolutely loved our time here and we cannot recommend this place enough. We were blown away by our room, the amazing view, and the friendly staff. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, and the staff were very accomodating. The breakfast is to die for and the backdrop (down by the pool area) is just amazing. Beautiful Fira Hotel
It ia amazing. Beautiful room with sun set view. Hotel is at city centre which is a very beautiful place to visit.

Outstanding view from balcony room equipped with everything we needed. Staff were extremely polite helpful and cheery would assist with the slightest of things. Always someone around to help. Excellent service could not ask for more.
