We are glad to read that enjoyed our location. On the other hand, as per your review, it seems that we didn't manage to fulfil and exceed your expectations; thus, kindly accept our sincere apologies. Although we have to mention, that regarding your exterior pool's temperature the reason it was not warm enough is, because you used soapy chemicals inside the pool, so we had to completely empty the pool and deep clean the machinery to avoid any damages from happening. As far as your facillitites in the room , we have placed coolers in all of our rooms since we provide soft drinks room service 24/7 so you can have anything as cold as you wish anytime. Our establishment is a luxury boutique hotel and we do not have any kitchen equipment in the rooms, nor we use microwaves in our hotel's restaurant. We pride of ourselves for the fresh ingredients we use in all of our cuisine and microwaving food is out of our concept. We consider every feedback with the outmost seriousness, as we are eager to achieve the highest hospitality standards. We truly hope to have the chance of welcoming you back in the near future. Regarding the mobility issues you refer to , indeed it is really togh for somebody with mobility issues to climb up and down the steps within our property, since it's entirey built on the edge of the cliffside. This is what makes this place unique and everyone should be aware of the geological morhpology of the place before selecting to visit us. We would like to mention that indeed our hotel is located at the infamous Santorini's Caldera and the steep steps is a fact we cannot oversee , this is the reason we always make clear that our property is not comfortable for anybody with mobility issues because they will not be able to enjoy their vacation due to that fact. All our exterior pools are set to 35celcius degrees and our interior pools are set to 33celcius degrees according to health and safey protocols. Also due to our experience in this kind of establishments, we believe this is the optimal temperature for interior heated pools to balance warmth and clear atmosphere/lack of humidity inside the cave room. Our staff is 24h available for each and every one of our guests, since we seek to provide high standards of hospitality service, thus we do not understand why you did not reach us to resolve such an easy to solve issue as our in room speaker's bluetooth connection. We are sorry to hear the height of the ironing board we provided to you alongside with the iron was not comfortable for you. Anydoby can avoid the discomfort of ironing their own clothing just by letting us know since we provide washing , dry cleaning and ironing services in our facillities by our Laundry department. We really appreciatate and receive with the outmost seriousness every feedback we receive, since we are eager to reach the highest hospitality standards, which we daily seek to achieve.
