Kaylee specifically and the Porter's were amazing! I was greeted with a welcome foot massage which was different and very good. Vera, the masseuse was very outgoing and sweet!
The concerns I have are not with the staff, but with the property itself. The first turnoff was that it's impossible for a vehicle to drive onto the property so you'll have to walk about 2 minutes to a nearby restaurant that's streetside. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, however the stairs!!! I know almost anywhere with a great view is on a cliff, but are a thousand stairs necessary? There were so many I didn't even want to venture off the property to walk around.
I stayed in two different rooms; the first had an infinity pool and also a cave pool. The cave pool, located inside the room, was too cold so I didn't even use it. The pool furniture, couches etc. looked like they hadn't been cleaned in forever. There were strands of hair throughout the room and I couldn't connect to the Bluetooth speaker. Let's not get me started on the ironing board! I got back pains from using that mini thing; you know the one you put on your bed? Why would they think we'd want to use that? The other room was a suite, loft style. Same dingy furniture that needs cleaning, broken fixtures and stains on the wall. The door on my second room wouldn't close properly, two TVs in the room, but only one worked, breakfast, daily, arrived cold and tasted old; cheese that should be melted wasn't. I did not enjoy my time.
