This hotel is located in a perfect position, very close to the Santiago old city center and the cathedral. Rooms are really clean and functional, perfect for a short stay.

Very uncomfortable beds with plastic shield all over the mattress making the bed feel so warm and sheets that couldn’t obviously stay in place. We had a bad night! Heavy curtains at the window, no way to open them without being seen from the outside ( no light curtains). Good breakfast , not included in tha price of the room.. Located in a good quiet position, near the historical center

Ideal for a quick stopover.
I chose the hotel as I needed somewhere to stay for one night in Santiago before a relatively early flight. This was fine - convenient for the station and then just a couple of minutes walk to the airport bus stop, plus a selection of local cafes. Comfortable, warm and with friendly staff, I would definitely stay here again.

Short stopover
I stayed overnight before flying home. Room was OK for a short stopover. Hotel is close to the old town and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall quite good.

Excellent Hotel
The hotel staff that met use was very helpful and gave very good advice on what to do and see. Our room was a pleasant surprise as they gave us an adjoining room which had its own bathroom.

Perfect location
We went for one night to see the historic centre. This hotel was just outsdide, in easy walking distance to the train station and the cathedral. The staff were very helpful and it was great to actually have a bath to soak tired feet after a lot of walking.

Hotel is very close to the train station. they were very informative on things to do in the area. Breakfast was separate. It was a very adequate continental style breakfast. We found the hotel quiet and the room were adequate size. The only take away was the carpeting in the hallway and room was filthy. the mattresses were foam which were not to our liking either.

Will be staying here again
My boyfriend and I decided to take a weekend trip to Santiago and we stayed here. It was great. Really good price and in a great location. The hotel staff were nice and spoke both Spanish and English very well. The room was small but comfortable and the buffet breakfast was substantial with enough choices to keep us happy. We were a little bit disappointed that we'd booked a double bed but ended up with two singles. However, with a bit of creativity we solved the problem. No big deal. Will stay here again the next time we're in Santiago.

Excellent value and location, friendly service.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were modest, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental with enough choices to please most. Very convenient to old town. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Reasonable Santiago hotel in good location
Good location just outside the Old Town, near shops, restaurants and bakeries. Our triple room was large and comfortable and the hotel has obviously been recently refurbished so it's looking quite good for a mid-range hotel. I would have rated it more highly except for: (1) the breakfast buffet was fairly ordinary, the best thing about it was the choice of breads; and (2) our bathroom was very old and has not been refurbished. It had probably been cleaned as well as was possible but still had quite a bit of mould around the shower. The hotel is also on a very busy street with all parking spaces completely full, so it is impossible to stop your vehicle and unload luggage near the hotel. We witnessed one guest do that anyway, traffic was brought to a standstill for several minutes and I thought a disgruntled bus driver was going to come into the hotel to deal with the driver!

The location of the hotel made it very suitable for walking to see the cathedral and other sights in the "old town". The hotel was very reasonably priced and offered a substantial buffet breakfast. The staff were welcoming, very friendly and helpful.

The staff at Nest Style Santiago were extremely helpful and friendly (and spoke English). The breakfast was also wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The walls are very thin, so we could hear our neighbors loud and clear. Fortunately they quieted down at 11PM.

The hotel room was fairly basic and although small it was fine for a single person. Cleanliness was good. The reception staff were extremely helpful with advice on where there were very good tapas and a restaurant for dinner.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location is just below plaza Galicia so very close to all major sites in old city. Beds weren't too comfy however, and bathrooms are pretty outdated.

Great hotel in great location
A friendly welcome from the reception who checked us in efficiently. The room was a very good size. The hotel is a very short walk from the city centre, and about 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. It's also round the corner from where the airport bus arrives and departs. That gives you quick access, but without having to live right in the middle of the action. Breakfast is available for a price - the usual spread of bread, meat, fruit. Recommended!

Boutique hotel in Santiago, Spain.
Boutique style hotel - rather too much attention to detail than to actual substance. For example washbasin so shallow it was virtually useless but it looked wonderfull ! Good breakfast buffet and the hotel was spotlessly clean to the point of obsessivness. Pleasant young front desk staff who spoke English and were very helpfull. Hotel very well positioned for visiting all of the tourist sites in the 'old city'.
