"Lovely place to stay, though rough conditions of sidewalks (all around Santa Fe!) make walking a bit more difficult. I love the character of the room, quirky floors and artwork. The room had all the desired equipment - microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Bathroom and shower were a good size. The shower curtain needs to be longer; water seepage was common. "Loved this hotel!! Peaceful, comfortable, amazing artwork, great food, great service, very friendly staff, free shuttle, beautiful setting inside and out. Easy parking. Great live music, complimentary early morning yoga, hot tube. Beautiful spa and excellent massage therapy by Rosa. Just wish the pool had been open and the hotel room needed a min frig. Other than that, I highly recommend!!"

"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "
