"Staff at the Hotel were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble, my daughter is a wheelchair user so only let down was the lift to get in to the Hotel broke down twice and from the appearance of the Lift it was old and looked poorly maintained so we knew it was going to be an issue when we arrived at the Hotel, however on the occasions it did break the staff we very caring and did the best to accommodate and make sure it got fixed as quick as it could do."
