As for the security deposit. It does say on the front page of Expedia for our hotel. That we have a 250 deposit/incidental hold. And it should be in your email confirmation from Expedia as well.

Hello Ronald,None of the rooms that you checked had bed bugs in them. Do you know how to check for bed bugs? Are you a pest professional? Our hotel is checked every two weeks by a professional pest control company. Are you sure that you saw a prostitute. I remember my desk agent calling for you that night. She showed you two rooms. You wanted my desk agent to show you more rooms while she was the only person working. You did not mention anything to her about any of the false things that you put in your review. Hotels.com did cancel your reservation with no fee.

The fire alarm from the night before was from a guest cooking in the room. And they did not turn on the vent fan or open a window. It was not a malfunction. The alarms going off today was part of our yearly fire inspection. Notices were posted on every guest room door on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. If you do not wish to recommend or come back to our hotel. That is your opinion. I am just apologizing to you. And letting you know what happened.
