Although we cannot completely conceal sounds from the ice-machine, it does not constantly run. It's generally idle overnight when theres minimal/to no use of it. We did not locate a flickering outdoor light, it was a standard outdoor light fixture that we regrettably cannot turn off. It provides lighting along the outdoor hallways. We were not authorized to enter the room to address in-room concerns. In fact, the "Do Not Disturb" sign was maintained throughout the stay. There's no shortage of toilet paper at our property, apologies for the misunderstanding in tissues being delivered. Yes, the property does not have an elevator, and it is properly disclosed on all websites. We do not try to mislead or misinform our guests. We adhere to a high standard of excellent guest services, and are always trying to improve on our "8.6 Excellent" property rating by Expedia.com.
