"We stayed 2 nights after our cruise and service was excellent. Greeted upon arrival and able to safely store our luggage until our rooms were ready. Comfortable clean room that faced the pool. I liked that there was no carpet in the hotel rooms. Beautiful property and taxi stop right outside the front. Sat outside by the pool with a glass of wine in the evening under twinkling lights. Beautiful setting. A fantastic shopping mall is a 20 minute walk down the street with an assortment of restaurants. Stores closed Sundays but restaurants are open. A convenience store across the street. A wonderful place to stay to unwind and relax before heading home from a cruise. Highly recommend! "

"We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Grand Hyatt Barcelona. The staff were exceptionally warm, helpful and hospitable. To have my sir name remembered by the bell captain, the concierge, and the front desk, was amazing. And the beds were supper comfortable with a lovely duvet and oversized pillows. Also, the shower was fantastic! Thank you"

I can’t classify this as a complaint only a critique as the stay overall was wonderful but the pillows were too soft so if you suffer from neck pain bring a travel pillow. The place was friendly and it was extremely clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!"
