This hotel is conveniently located to everything. The free bikes to cycle on the bike path were an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

What can I say? We like the property so much. We decided to add another night. Couldn’t think of the better location. Close to the beach right around walking shopping eating area. When we booked the hotel, the guide said that sheets are not available, which was kind of weird. However, I am so glad that we decided to go on ,and take a chance anyway. The bedding in the apartment , and everything else is stocked properly. There was an easy parking for €15 a night and what really made us very happy washing and drying machine that is available. By that time we traveled quite a distance and was really too happy to wash some of our clothing. Everything is nearby and the facility is perfect. I honestly couldn’t believe our luck when we got here. If we are ever in the area, will definitely stay here again.

Not a luxury hotel but a clean functional apartment with good views from the balcony over the beach and port and close to shopping, restaurants and station for day trips. Free bikes come with the room and staff are very helpful. Exceeded our expectations.

Spotlessly clean. Well equipped apartment, cleaned daily and fresh towels. Pleasant helpful staff. Use of bikes and directly on to the cycle path. Conveniently located for supermarket, beach and town.

It’s amazing place with amazing staff working there!! Very friendly and helpful!! Safe Parking for car and big !! Clean laundry with dryer! Beautiful view out of the balcony! Closed restaurant is 50 m away !! Beach just 100 m away!! Places to see just 300 m away!! Shopping street about 500 m away! U just in the heart of Sanremo !! Veryyyyyy clean rooms !! New bathroom and shower with a lot of parfumerie!! U getting bathrobes with home Flipflops ❤️ Coffee machine, pot & pans, plates, glasses ,silverware in a kitchen and huge refrigerator!! Return visit!
This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. Lovely apartment. Comfortable, clean and right at the marina with great restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our visit, walke two hours to the Luxury Outlets when the bus, nearby takes only 15 minutes. Also enjoyed the Casino and a short train ride to Monaco/Monte Carlo.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The photos online don't do the property justice. The room was spacious and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, fantastic staff.
We were so impressed with the modern furnishings in the apartment, they really thought of everything! The service of a hotel with the comforts of a home. Clean, comfortable, bright and airy, the only thing better than the accommodations were the staff. So friendly, they spoke perfect English and greeted me by name at every occasion. We were able to do our laundry, take their bicycles out, sit on our patio and be amazed by the view and it’s so close to everything important. The biggest thing I can say about this residence is that we felt extremely safe. The security is excellent, there is always a staff member on hand watching the entrances. The next time we visit San Remo we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Great location, with excellent friendly staff who greeted us as soon as we pulled up in the car. Convenient and safe parking right outside, free bike use, well equipped apartment with maid and good view. Spacious roof top with free loungers to relax. Right next to lively bit of town but tucked round the corner so really is a great spot. Nothing to find fault with at all.

Highly recommended hotel close to everything.
The staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly. They even upgraded our room. We had a two bedroom with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms a kitchen and a balcony. It was very nice for a family of 4. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The hotel also has bikes free for use. Which was perfect to ride along the coast on the bike path. There is a grocery store just two blocks away. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to anyone else.

Lovely family break right by the beach
Lovely family break right by the beach. Hotel very clean with great staff and a little kids play area. Car park is a tight squeeze but a handy feature. Lots of good local restaurants within walking distance. Sandy beach is perfect for kids and relaxing enough for grown ups.

Incredible location, view, and staff!
Unfortunately, we only got to stay here for a single day. In a heartbeat, we would go back to this place for a longer stay. I'm not 100% sure we would stay in the summer when this location, hotel, and room type are probably full of families with small children, due to the proximity to the beach and the children's play areas, but in winter, spring, or fall, we would come back - the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke to us in English. Parking was available for our stay for a very reasonable price. The restaurants, bars, and grocery store located adjacent to the hotel and within walking distance were very convenient, and the restaurant we did go to for dinner was incredible. Many other sights of the town were walkable from this beach/harbor-front hotel too. The apartment-style room was good, with a full kitchenette and refrigerator perfect for in-room cooking, eating, and a longer-term stay. The roll-down shutters brought dark and relative quiet to the room...Sanremo's scooters are many and loud. Great location! Excellent staff and service. The off-season price was unbeatable!

Amazing vacation stop in Sanremo!
Amazing! Could not have been in a better location. Three beaches right across the street, in the marina, surrounded by great restaurants,especially, Flipper! Conrad market right around the corner in case you want to cook, or make your own espresso. Kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, tea and espresso pot! Could not have been more pleased! Oh, the reception staff is excellent and very friendly!!

Top staff very friendly and helpful. the up grade my apartment from 2nd night for free. Very good location close to every thing right on the beach, about 10 minutes walking from train station. Top value for money , i strongly recommend it to all.

Fabulous apartments
This was our second time staying at Residence dei du porti - Fabulous. Very spacious, clean and well equipt. The staff are very friendly and attentive, we had concerns about the times of the trains and getting back to Nice for our return flight, staff immediately checked other options for us. The apartments are situated beach front and have a roof top terrace, fabulous for some peaceful sun bathing. This visit my husband and I took advantage of the free bicycles available at the apartments and had an amazing day cycling a long the coast line (very safe ride as it is cycle track all the way). If you have small children with you, there is a small play area where they can play safely, with cushion flooring, slides and other toys. We recommend these apartments to all our friends without any hesitation and will definitely return soon.

The staff was great! They gave great recommendations on where to go in San Remo! The hotel was located perfectly. Across the street from the beach, close to the port and all the great restaurants. It was a short walk to shopping in the center of town and to the casino. The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean! I hope to return some day!

Wonderful, clean, spacious hotel in perfect locale
We [Americans] just stayed at this hotel for two days with our three children. It far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious even by American standards. It has a full kitchen and kitchen table in it! The bed was king-sized and the sofa bed turns into two twin beds. This wasn't very clear when we booked it, so we were surprised and pleased. The staff were all SO friendly and tolerant of loud children. Another surprise was that there must have been 20+ bicycles [3 or 4 with baby seats!] available for loan for free. So we were able to borrow these and go biking on the BEAUTIFUL, stunning bicycle path along the Mediterranean. It was the most beautiful bike ride we had ever been on, and the path extends for miles and miles with stunning beaches along the way. The beach located by the hotel is literally steps outside. The beach is incredibly clean, but it does feel like a city beach [the water is a bit cloudy, but overall a good beach]. There's a playground on this beach. The beaches along the bike path were breathtakingly beautiful, so don't settle necessarily for the beach by the hotel. The WIFI worked well - I really can't say enough about this hotel. I think the photos don't really do it justice. It's not glamourous, but it's perfect for a traveling family. :)

I spent 2 nights in Sanremo in October. The residence was very clean and the staff were very helpful and informative regarding things to do in the area. The free bike rental was fantastic! The only issue was there was a lot of noise at night from neighboring rooms. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Fantastic, Friendly Accommodation
Very clean and spacious - very well equipped. Great location - right in the centre of San Remo and next to beach which guests can use free of charge. Nice play area for children and also a roof top sunbathing area which is lovely to sit and have a drink in the evenings.Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed using the bikes which the hotel offered free of charge. 24k cycle track which follows coast line from Ospedaletti to San Lorenso. The track passes right outside Residence dei Due Porti. Flew into Nice and travelled by train to San Remo. Fantastic holiday - will definitely return to San Remo - and to this extremely good value accommodation.
