The property is beautiful but needed maintenance. Air conditioning was not adequate, bathrooms were not cleaned well, and could not figure out how to operate the TV. We had no hot water in the bathroom plus the shower head was broken. It's a shame cause it could have been a nice hotel with basic maintenance.

Good but needs more.
Wonderful hotel with historic theme of Urfa. The building is looking old and in need of more care and maintenance. I didn’t like the beds. They were not the quality of 5 stars at all. The mini bar was empty with only one bottles of water. My stay was in winter the room didn’t get warm enough at night.

Interesting place
The hotel looks amazing from the outside and the reception area but it is obviously very old which is fine but they need to do some updates. My mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Definitely need to update those. The WiFi there is horrible. If you can get on you will get kicked off in no time at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious. I looked forward every morning to eating. The hotel was very clean and practicing all the extra cleanliness and safety measures due to COVID. Because of that, I could not use their beautiful indoor pool which is why I booked a room with them in the first place. The place would really be amazing if they would get some decent WiFi and some furniture updates in the rooms.

Center of Sanliurfa
Great location to explore central Sanliurfa. Room service did mix up my order three times during my stay but considering restaurants were not open I didn't have many options.

Nice look and feel of the hotel. Only a few staff know English so difficult to communicate, however, they clearly and visibly try their best to please you and be hospitable and welcoming. The location is fantastic, as all the main attractions of the city are within walking distance.

I booked for one night, on that day, i came late night to find out that they have taken my stuff from the room to a storage. they should have called to check if i wnat to extend my stay or not, furthermore, their invoicing for the two days was confusing process.

Centrally located hotel
Historic hotel, very centrally located. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast buffet. I left something in my room after checking out. We called when we got home, and the staff promptly mailed it back to us. Thank you!

호텔은 좀 오래됐지만 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 바로 건너편이 fish lake, 시장과 박물관이 있고 친절합니다.

Şehre göre standartların bir tık üzerinde.
Otel Balıklıgöl'un hemen yanında olması büyük bir artı, çalışanlar oldukça ilgiliydi. Ütü ihtiyacımız oldu onu karsilayamadilar. Çamaşırhaneye teslim etmeniz gerekiyor dediler. Bize de Bir parça kıyafet için beklemek çok mantıksız geldi. Odalara ütü verilebilmeli.

Lokasyan Harika, Mimarisi Çok İyi, Konfor Düşük Seviyede Sebebi Odalarda Klima yok merkezi havalandırma var ve yetersiz seviyede 5 yıldızlı bir otelde nasıl klima olmaz serin serin uyuyamadık son seviyeye getirmemiz rağmen havalandırmanın soğutucusu bariz şekilde yetersiz. Bu çok önemli konu konaklamadan keyif almak için. Ayrıca Kahvaltı açık büfe ama 5 yıldıza yakışmıyacak seviyede. Kahvaltıyı kaliteli sevenler, keyifli yapmak isteyenler dışarıda yapsın. . Otelin personeli ilgili. Teşekkür etmek isteğim bizim için en önemli konu Otelin Alkolsüz olmasıydı. Bunun için çok teşekkürler.

Das Hotel liegt im Hinblick auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Museum optimal und auch die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt, zumindest was die Zimmer angeht, eine Sanierung. Ebenso sind einige Fitnessgeräte nicht mehr nutzbar gewesen. Laufband und Hantelbereich waren hingegen OK. Ich komme wieder nach Şanlıurfa, werde dann aber zum Vergleich ein anderes Hotel wählen.
