I can not express enough how much Executive helped me out, and rose the plank for hospitality in general. Better service than in top destination.
I chose Executive Hotel because was going to an event in Nigoline. Once I arrived a little after 2pm, Patricia at the front desk was very kind to re-open the kitchen for my lunch. Being a needy New Yorker, I kept ruining their peaceful routine, and bothering them for everything - Patricia has been ultra patient and graceful with me at all times. Battery ran out of juice in the safe, and Alessandro kindly changed the battery within 10 minutes.
Then it got crazy for me. After insane driving day in Milan, I got on a road for Nigoline late-10pm-ish. Upon arrival, I parked in the dark. When leaving and thanking the hosts (3am), we discovered that two of my tires got cut (!! Welcome to Italy!!), so I was forced to get my car towed and spend a night at the palazzo. Next morning there were no taxi available because of the Cristo expo on Iseo lake, and Uber does not exist there!!
PROBLEM: an hour away from check out, I was 45 min away from the hotel. So I called Exec, and Alessandro, on top of being very understand, allowed me to check out later, and put me in touch with a taxi driver Marco who could come in 2 hours and pick me up. At 1pm we arrived (2 hrs past C/OUT time), I had a train to catch to Venice, asked them to rush and they were super nice about it!!!
