Great location, staff was friendly, did I mention great location. Lol Hotel is in an area that is convenient, you can walk to shops- a different variety of shops, restaurants, and the beach! Overall the stay was great. Thank you!

My overall stay was average. Our room did not look like the photos presented online, and there was water coming in through our closet, I am assuming it was coming in from the other room. The room was consistently running the AC and was extremely cold and the room had an odd smell. Their hot tub is out of order and they are not fixing it or replacing it anytime soon. Their rooftop is completely closed although you can hang out upstairs on their chairs and in their broken Jacuzzi. I did not see any renovations happening at this hotel. I would compare this hotel to a Motel 6. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, this would be convenient. But if you’re looking to swim or Jacuzzi or do any other sort of activity, I would recommend definitely staying at a resort to have a good time in Puerto Rico.

This hogelwas a joke, I've stayed in motels that were better. The rooms were dorty and sticky... the amenities were non existent, the rooms were awkwardly thrown together. The hotel is under renovations but never informed us of the renovations... the rooftop bar was closed... the restaurant was closed... the rooftop pool and hot tub were broken! And the broken hot tub was being offered as an option for use, while the jets were broken, and the water was just sitting unfiltered and not heated. That itself is a health code violation... AS WELL AS ITEMS THAT WENT MISSING FROM OUR HOTEL ROOM!!

Beds were stiff, on 3 of our 8 night you could hear other guest doing the “deed” though the very thin walls, hot tub was broken the whole time and according to the night staff had been broken for a while. There is a rooftop bar but no staff for it and the tv up there doesn’t work to play music or anything. Shower handle was all sorts of jank it just kept spinning. Only real nice thing is the lobby and how close it is to the tourist areas

I love everything about the property so close to everything and the rooftop is a whole vibe everyone so nice and friendly I will deff stay again or recommend, the jacuzzi wasn’t hot but was perfect water temp because of the heat.

The property was a lot more run down than the pictures on Expedia, stains on the carpet, furniture was scratched/dented, etc. the tub was cold and the jets didn’t work. The staff was very friendly and it was a great location to walk to places but the hotel itself needs some help. They also did their best to keep the place clean despite the old carpet & furniture.

This property has a lot of potential. They have a very nice rooftop that’s abandoned. As soon as we got to the hotel we experienced plumbing issues, but they managed to upgrade us to a better room. They seem to be understaffed, we asked for a new set of towels numerous times. After asking 3 different times they supplied us with a new set of towels.

The water doesn’t get to hot and the beds are pretty stiff but the staff are friendly and the time is amazing just need new beds and get that jacuzzi working and also fix the leak in the lobby

I loved my stay at the Wave hotel in San Juan. I love the location and that everything was close. Beach,food, la placita etc. The staff were great and really friendly they helped me a lot during this trip as a solo traveller. The only discrepancy i had was the fridge was so rusted and old i did use it at all
