We usually stay at the Marriott, but we decided to branch out to a boutique. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the design of the rooms are very fitting. The cleanliness was OK could’ve been better, but definitely not the worst we haven’t encounter. With the exception of one Front Desk Agent with glasses and curly hair, the rest of the staff really lacked service wise. From not giving us details on the property at check-in to constantly being on their phone when being approached, the service really lacked. Overall, it was really not a bad experience. The poor service from the front desk was unfortunate and did affect our experience there.
