Unexpected gem! We were allowed an early check in and the room was new and spotless. No noise at night at all! Breakfast was good, not too crowded. Staff was nice and very polite. Will stay here again.

Caring staff and unsurpassed customer service
I stayed at Woodcrest Hotel on 2 back-to-back reservations during the Christmas weekend. Large room, comfortable bed, and sufficient lighting. Fully enjoyed the free hot breakfast as well as the convenience of the location. Had been impressed with them about 2 years ago. This time I became a stronger believer of their dedication to customer care. One day I accidentally failed to fully close/lock the door of my guest room, and I wasn’t aware of it. A housekeeper who passed by noticed it. She knocked on my door to catch my attention and gently pulled the door to fully engage the lock. As a female traveler, nothing makes me feel safer than this act of kindness. Thank you, Woodcrest team, for watching out for your guests!

Nice and clean but...
Inside of the hotel is renovated nicely. The room is nice and clean, the stuffs are also nice and friendly, but the building itself is old, so we heard the foot steps of people who is staying upstairs and the room heater is noisy and not efficiently working.

Room we chose was very spacious. Place is definitely dated, but our stay was very pleasant. Located near lots of restaurants and shops. They left us a nice welcome basket when we arrived. Breakfast area had quite a nice spread of options. Parking can be a bit snug in their “garage” area, but it was fine really. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

I love the decor of the hotel. It reminds me of the motels when I was younger, where the hallways were decorated and had a vintage feel. The free breakfast is fabulous!

The staff at hotel were great and super breakfast. The only problem was we left on Thurs and we contacted Expedia about change days before our arrival. We expect a refund from Expedia for Thurs cancellation.

There are a few issues I had with this place. 1. They apparently have a curfew and lock the doors overnight. If you’re in town for work, don’t stay here. If you work late you won’t be able to get back in. 2. I booked the reservation for 2 people and they would only give 1 key. 3. They share a parking lot with an office building, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get into the parking lot during rush hour when everyone is leaving or entering the office building for work.

This is communicated at check in to all guests. Guests can still use their room key to gain access to the Hotel. If the room key is forgotten, guests can use the intercom request entry front desk / night clerk.Room Key Policy: We regret that you were dissatisfied with our key policy. Our standard procedure is to provide one key card per guest, and additional cards can be issued upon request or based on the situation. We apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience you experienced during your stay.Driveway Sharing: While we do not share a parking lot with our neighbors we do share a driveway.
