No parking close by. Theres a garage you can park in right there but they wanted i think $60! We were only staying one night, actually only needed it for 12 hours! No thank you. Room was good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast started at 7, we had to leave at 6:45- 6:50 and they were firm with that 7:00 start time so that was disappointing since breakfast was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel.

Convenient location, close to SJSU where I needed to go. Breakfast complimentary with good options. Good property conditions (looks recently renewed). Little noisy late at nights, as it is close to a light train and not far away of airport. I could hear the bells of the light train late at night and some airplanes here and there. Still, other options were closer to airport so probably would be worst in terms of noise.

Stay was great, room was great. Parking was terrible. They charged me 90 dollars for 2 nights and I wasn’t even able to park in the structure because the lot was full. Didn’t get a refund when asked for one.

Took me awhile to find the entrance and when I did I was unsure if I was allowed to park there to check in. I later saw that other people parked near the entrance anyway to load and unload. The entrance side looks like a back alley way and I drove right pass it the first rime. They got in and out parking 40$ a day there are cheaper options but is convenient. Staff were friendly amd right on points. Ty

The hotel has more than 200 rooms but only about 150 parking spaces. Additionally, the price to park is outrageous, $40 a day is expensive. The heater was broken and my child and I were cold overnight, we had to sleep with our sweatshirts on. I informed the front desk of my inconvenience and was not compensated in any way.

I liked the easiness to get around. I did not like the fact that the room was not clean to my expectations. I was given a second room floor when on my booking it had a message about a room on a higher floor.

Fault advertisements! This place was dark, dirty, and out dated! Felt like a motel. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. They need to throw that 99 cent pillows away!!! Would never stay here again.

The hotel property and parking garage were modern and up to date ,the staff was excellent and the breakfast which was included was very good. San Jose itself is a ghost town with very little pedestrian or vehicular traffic.

We went to have a drink at the bar and Nick was the best bartender / attendant. The crowd was pretty cool and community like. Definitely added a great visit experience. But seriously shout out NICK! He’s awesome.
