Sink clogged, bathroom drain stop didn’t work and I really wanted a bath, I used a towel to plug it and hot water ran out in half a bath worth of water. Room was incredibly hot when I checked in.

Bathroom was dirty, hair on ceiling (what?) And in tub. 3 spiders so far in room. Window screen torn. Had to fix tv because of no volume. Room is tiny for a 2 queen room. Room looks nothing like advertised pictures. Elevator permit expired 11/23 it is currently 4/24. Ive only been here 2 hours and i know i can find alot more things if given the time. But what do you expect for $97.

Great Location
I was travelling to Fremont on business. The hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to Starbucks, Safeway and a bunch of restaurants.

I love my room. I try to request it every stay. Pillows are awesome. I work night shift, and still sleep comfortably during the day. It’s clean. Refrigerator and microwave area nice to have. Affordability!!!

Worst hotel ever
Ac is not working. bedsheet have stain, blanket have hole, towel is dirty, room have bugs, owner/frontdesk are rude, lying and deny the truth about the condition of the room. condition is different than shown in picture. worth 0 star.

The older man at the front counter , he was very welcoming and friedly, he even let me check in earlier, im very thankful for that , . I will use this place again next time , i totally recommend , the rooms are clean , quiet and has whats needed

Terrible hotel! Room was old and dirty. Hotel needs an update. Room was horrible, curtains were all stained. Windows are moldy. Bathroom tub had stains on the tub all moldy too.

Not happy, review before you book your stay.
Not happy about my stay, first, when I arrived there was a homeless literally sleeping on the side of the entrance, then next morning, when I was preparing to take my breakfast, the attendant said they no longer offer breakfast, and then that one was of the reasons i chose this place, lastly, they give you only 1litle bar soap for everything.

This is economy brand and breakfast is very big word. It is only coffee and donut.We have coffeemaker in room and instead donut we keep our price low by 20 to 25 compared to similar other hotels.We have brand new commercial mattress sets in all rooms and firm.We really apologize for any inconvenience.
