It’s a little hard to find the hotel. The front entrance is on a walking street. The parking entrance is on a one way street (Calle 7). The area seems a little more sketchy than you expect, but it’s safe, and the staff are very helpful.

Location was great for visiting central San Jose. Hotel was clean, most of staff friendly & professional. Unfortunately, this could be spotty. We would deal with some who were excellent but then some not very efficient. The restaurant was the same. One night food & service good, next morning we would wait 20-30 minutes to place our order. Didn’t help that our hot water was not even hooked up in one room & one night the water was not on at all.
