Wont stay here again EVER. Very dirty everywhere, visibly unclean in every area I was in especially the room. Mattress was stained and dirty on pullout couch. Needed to use the pullout couch to accommodate sleeping arrangements but didnt because it was disgusting. Room was dirty, visible dirt in lots of areas in room. Room was lacking necessities, ie. Soaps, towels, items to use kitchen area, bedding for pullout couch. Could hear all noises from other rooms including moving of furniture. Room key issues of not working properly. Terrible experience in all.

The room is okay HOWEVER the BED is old, sagging and it needs to be replaced. ALSO, soundproofing of the bldg is bad because we can hear loud noise & banging of walls above our room. That sucks our resting time.

The bed was worn down and there was no bath towels only wash and hand towels in my room. Also they over charged me just to change the date for 2 rooms.

one of the better affordable stays in all of the Bay Area. The staff is very attentive and helpful. There are a lot of long term stay families there but the sounds remains minimum. would stay again.

I would not stay at this property again. While the room itself was clean the hallways and stairwells were dirty and poorly maintained. The kitchen utensils were minimal and insufficient. This is a bare-bones property that feels like a run down apt. building. This is the first time the hotels.com rating did not meet my expectation.

The room was very clean. The bed was a bit too hard for my comfort level. The couch was not supportive in the back area at all in you leaned against it. The staff were working hard but the hotel appeared understaffed as the general space was dirty. Towels were left in the stair wells along with trash. The hallways could use a good vacuum and cleaning. The staff were helpful but could not leave the desk if anything was needed for a room. There is a fair amount of street noise at night so it was has l helpful to have ear plugs for night use.

When we arrived, we were told that there was no blankets for our pull out sofa and that they wouldn't be cleaned for another 5 hours, around midnight. This was unacceptable as we were travelling with young children who would need to be fast asleep by then. We found a bug in our bed as well. This trip, we stayed in motels much nicer with better accommodations. We will never recommend this property.

Successfully fixed an issue&got us into our room
When we first arrived we were running late to check into our room because our flight was delayed. I called in to let the front desk know that we would be checking in late but they said we couldn’t checkin late so I contacted hotels.com and told them the situation so they could talk to the hotel to see what they could do. Thank goodness they we’re able to get us a late check in, we were able to get to our room and could get warm and relax at last. Thank god for hotels.com for being able to help alleviate the stress that comes from traveling and letting us enjoy the fun part of travel.

The easy (and free) parking is a very unusual feature in that part of San Jose. The price is an incredible value. The shower was strange in that there was no way to stop it from spraying water outside the shower into the bathroom itself They reduced costs in a lot of clever ways that did not make my stay any less pleasant. Front Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
