Restaurant staff (Leonardo (Dino) and Davide) were 5 star excellent. Front desk staff was average in comparison. Overall a very good experience and would stay again, as location isnodeal for visiting San Padre Pio church.

The staff did not explain well. The informations were not accurate, deceiving, so I felt so frustrated and devastated. It has ruined my trip that I have prepared well.

Very close to Padre Pio's shrine .We ate dinner on our 2 nights stay and the seafood pasta and octopus was superb and good breakfast too which is included.

Perfect location to visit Padre Pio church etc. We were able to walk there easily. Great breakfast options. Rooms are very simple but clean and comfortable for a 1-2 night stay.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We arrived in Italy on Thursday afternoon. We had a horrible experience with the rental car place at the airport that held up our trip by a few hours. We called Hotel Vittoria to inform them that we would be arriving late. When we called, we spoke with Angela, who was extremely welcoming and told us not to worry about our late arrival. She offered to put dinner aside for us because their kitchen would be closed by the time we arrived. When we arrived we were welcomed by Luigi. He was wonderful. Made us feel like we just arrived home. We had an excellent meal. We couldn’t have had a better ending to our day despite all the troubles we had before arriving to the hotel. The hotel room was spotless. Extremely clean, beds were comfortable and was spacious enough for three people. We can not thank this hotel enough for their warm hospitality and we truly appreciate it. We will definitely return when we come back to San Giovani Rotondo.

We arrived early but the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to take our bags and said our room would be ready in 15 minutes. We came back awhile later and our bags were in our room. The woman at the desk later on was very nice and helpful and spoke English which was great since our Italian is limited. My only complaint about our stay was that there was a loud party going on somewhere upstairs and it was difficult to fall asleep. We finally had to pull out the foam earplugs we received on the plane. On our second night, the next door neighbors came in about 10:45pm and they were very loud. Eventually more people arrived and they had a quite a party going. I had to put on my noise cancelling headphones over my foam earplugs - aaah, then I didn't hear a thing. Our waiter was lovely. We had a nice corner table that was always reserved for us. The night man at the coffee bar was also very nice. So except for the noise, we had a lovely time.

Hotel Vittoria's location is the closest to Padre Pio's Shrine. The staff, most especially Vincenzo, was very accommodating and an excellent communicator. He made sure that all our inquiries were answered and that our stay was comfortable. The owner was there too and was very helpful. Room was great and comfortable. Although the shower stall is extra small and so are the twin beds. The breakfast was 3 out of 5, the ravioli pasta was extra salty and they very limited choice in the menu.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay of 2 nights in San Giovanni Rotondo. We ate in the restaurant one evening and found the food to be above average and a good value. A very classy place and we'd recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent hotel and excellent service.
The hotel is very nice, really I recommande this place. The hotel is locate very close to de Padre Pio Sanctuary a must to visit if you are in St Giovanny de Rotondo. The personnel are very friendly at the reception, at the restaurant, etc. But the owners Antonino and Angela they make you feel like at home. The menu at the restaurant is very good and special if you like tuna carpaccio and pasta. The waiters are very professional, Migueli and Pio hey make a great team.
