The hotel is okay, I would not stay here again but it was not worth the hassle to leave for a 2 night stay. The shower is extremely small and did not drain well and I had to shower in standing water. The water in the shower and also the sink would not get hot at all- it was room temperature at best. The outlets in the bathroom did not work. The window looked into another hotel room and let no natural light in the room. The smell throughout the entire hotel reeked of musty odor as well. If I’m being critical, the paint job in the hotel could be described as the landlord special - sloppy, many layers, and outlets painted over. I would have expected this from a motel, but not a Hilton property.
I let the receptionist know about the issues that needed to be resolved in the room (drain, water, and outlet issues) upon checkout. I didn’t ask but I was not offered any sort of “compensation” such as Hilton points or room credit despite having Gold status.
The positive: the bed was comfortable.
