Well there was still hair in my sheets, bed was very uncomfortable, had to walk a ways to get to my room after getting off the elevator, kept getting lost, fyi my fault for not reading the signs. the only plus was pool and Jacuzzi but could have been a little cleaner. The pool was heated and Jacuzzi had a decent flow of jets. The breakfast bar was basic, but I wish they would have at least had more options. Also they make you pay for parking. The pool and Jacuzzi didn't open till 10am so we didn't get to enjoy it after breakfast like we like. Had to request a later checkout just to enjoy the pool since the day before we didn't have time.

The property was really great and the breakfast was really great too. The only thing that would not make me want to stay there again was the fact that there was never a manager on duty when you needed one and the front staff refused to call them when they could not assist you. They also did not offer daily cleaning and you had to go down to front desk if you needed extra towels or anything else.

The bay trail and bay are literally feet away. Great place if you have pets there very accommodating and beautiful area for walks. We tend to take are dogs out at strange hours and you will see others doing the same at 3am. The great thing about that is we’ve always felt safe.

We were not on the property very much for our stay but when we were it was great. The pool and hot tub were a great temperature, the breakfast was adequate with a large room to eat in. The room itself was clean, spacious, and worked out great for what we needed. The only thing we didn’t love was that the room is not cleaned unless you ask for it to be but that was all right. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

I’ve stayed here on 2 occasions before. This time was disappointing. My room wasn’t ready at 4pm, it obviously looks like they were short on staff because of all the remnants of checked out guests that were still in the hall when I checked in. The WiFi was weak and kept buffering. The view of the cove made up for my disappointment.

Didn't like i ask for a room with full kitchen handicap accessible for a birthday function for my sister and brother in law. With a fire place. there was no full kitchen, no fire place, the dishwasher was broke, no oven so we weren't able to cook as plan, the windows in one the rooms would not close, open the iron board it would not close, saw a roach in one of the bathrooms.

The bathroom and the refrigerator had Hair in them!!!! The refrigerator also had brown stains in it. .the refrigerator motor was LOUD!! Everything thing was good, and wished I clucks give it 5 stars, but when you drive from Sacramento and arrive and your room is not ready by the check in time is unexceptionable. Had a sweet 16 to attend too, so that was an inconvenience.

Okay. Not really clean. Found an Oreo on floor in bedroom so probably not vacuumed. Halls and elevator smelled like cigarettes and weed. Very good price. Big rooms comfortable beds. At check in we weren’t told anything about wifi or breakfast had to look it up. Breakfast had little options.

Nice little grass path/area for my 10 month old chihuahua. She really enjoyed the bay view resembles a sit in " the park" only upgraded, with such a beautiful view, especially at sunrise.

Stop charging a ridiculous amount to park. Next time I’ll take that extra amount per day! and calculate into the room cost. I know I’ll find a better place that includes parking (as it should) into the room cost.

The property is ok. Building kind of old and it smelled like weed and cigarettes. Staff was not friendly at all. Didn’t get the room clean because they say u have to stay more than 7 days to get the room clean. I asked for clean towels they never bought them to my room.

The room itself was excellent, the desk. The clerk did mess up our room, but as I said, the room was nice. I loved the fact they provided a full kitchen
