“Worth every penny!”

The Laurel Inn is a great little hotel - Perfect location with the wonderful 'Ellas' over the road for great breakfasts and the Vogue Cinema round the corner - Easy to get to on bus routes 2,3 and 4 - Easy to walk from to other great eating and people watching areas like Pacific Heights, Fillmore and Chestnut - Near a great set of local shops to get wine and picnics - Really helpful and welcoming staff who share their local knowledge to make sure you have a great time - very good value for money compared with city centre hotels

“Great centre for exploring San francisco”

We were so happy to be dropped off at this individual hotel in nice neighbourhood. The room was quiet despite overlooking the road and the beds comfortable with good quality bed linen. Bathroom decor a little tired but everything functioned well. Drinks available in the lobby at all times and the coffee was particularly good. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Great walks in the Presidio nearby, bus to Union Square across the road, Laurel Village with its good shops a short walk and so much more. This a a v central hotel when you look at a map of SF and if you want to avoid the tourist hotels in Fishermans Wharf then this is the place for you.
