We're sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Our staff were unable to find any issues with your toilet and you declined our offer to change rooms. In the end, we discounted the cost of your room to that of a private room without bath.

We're just one block from Union Square and the Cable Car line, but we're also just a block away from the edge of the Tenderloin. Although that neighborhood has the city's wealth inequality on display, it also has some of San Francisco's best restaurants, local hotspots, and concert venues.
