When I first arrived to check in the staff were very disrespectful for no reason. When I walked in the room it stinked super bad. Then when I when to use the bathroom it flooded the room I went straight to complain he was super aggressive, next we got different rooms the tubs where super black. Pls don’t stay here I’ll never be back there’s better places I found after this .

The room wasnt i had picked when reserving, i asked for late check out and was only provided 30 extra minutes. The breakfast provided for huest was geanola bar and pastry from costco. It is a good price and location but rooms need to be updated and more clean in stairs, as well as provide more breakfast option such as fruit and yogurt

Airport transportation wasn't given. The hours for transportation were not as advertised and had to taxi/uber. The beds were extremely old and saggy. The room has flies in it and wasn't completely clean. The shower had dirty spots and was not usable. Highly don't recommend.

Was told on the phone they had a 5am airport shuttle. Was told on arrival only 7am shuttle. Human feces right in front of the office. Didn't stay

The night clerk did not respond timely. It was almost midnight when we arrived and he left 3 females standing outside for almost 15 minutes. It sounded like we woke him up when we used the courtesy phone.

Have stayed several times for surgery at ucsf, easy to get between the two. Always been quiet and clean, smoking rooms are nice. Staff always helpful. Disability parking next to elevator next to office.

Main reason was to have a place with transfer to airport before leaving. Shuttle did not show up and had to take Uber. Management available only by phone and unhelpful.

Ad didn’t truly depict the condition of the hotel. Breakfast included was a joke! I stayed because it was late when I arrive and I had no other option in a strange place. Would never stay there or recommend it.

Thank you for your comments. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit to the San Francsico area. The hotel does have a lite to-go breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, cereal bars, and individually wrapped pastries.
Shuttle to airport details should be mentioned clearly before booking rather than knowing till 9:30 pm they operate . Elevator is not working and had to carry all my stuff to 2nd floor on my own. It’s so loud due to traffic and someone kept banging doors around midnight for an hour . Generally don’t write reviews but staff can’t do much when elevator is not working etc.

I booked here because they said to me on the phone prior to booking they have shuttle service to SFO at 4:00 am for my early flight. At check-in I was told they do not.

Our flight had laid over in San Francisco
We were hoping to find a nice hotel with breakfast served, when we arrived at the place it looked nothing like the photos and it was very old and decrepit, the bed was very uncomfortable and to our surprise breakfast was coffee and a bar of grain. Definitely not what we paid for.

Way too much noise from the freeway. They need more sound proof rooms. There were no power outlets near the beds. The only available outlet in the entire room was over the bathroom sink. The rooms are old and smelly. The couch cushions was stained and deformed. I wouldn’t dare sit on it. The desk was very scratched up. The desk chair was on casters that didn’t work.
