Great staff! The location is not great due to homeless people but the staff actually made us feel safe and stayed for 5 days. Close to all of our destinations !

Located in midst of the Tenderloin, this hotel provides a covenient, relatively low-cost alternative to other hotels located nearby. The room nicely accomodated a family of 5 and we walked everywhere during our 2-night stay, even though we had a car. I must say free, onsite parking was a bonus. Lacking is a microwave and coffee machine.

Staff was actually really professional and very nice. Room was very clean. Actually the cleanest Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. I was totally surprised because of the area. Hallway rugs could use some deep cleaning people staying in. The building were very nice and clean. Garage could use a power washing probably every day because there’s no gate on it so people go in there and use the restroom. But there is free parking and there’s plenty of places to eat around there public transportation is right on the corner. Lots of stores. Of course, lots of homeless and drugs but there’s really nothing the hotel can do about that that’s the polices job. Other than that I had a good stay as a single woman. I have a car, so I felt pretty safe because I never had to really encounter anyone. But when I did go out to the store store, people left me alone, they didn’t bother me. I walked to the store during the day and during the late evening, and I was perfectly safe and fine.

The hotel itself was good. Staff was helpful and polite. There’s ALOT of activity around the hotel which was a bit bother some but I got what I paid for and overall was happy with my booking.
