Nothing to write home about..
This hotel is nice enough, very much orientated to families rather than couples. The hotel does have lots of amenities but have extra charges to access. If your looking to go around garda then location is convenient to access other parts of lake garda by car. For some people this might be for them however for what I payed I would try another hotel, I wouldn't go out my way to recommend this hotel to my friends, I think there are better alternatives in the price and star range especially for a couple.

Nice, clean hotel in quiet location
We were a couple travelling with a toddler for a long weekend stay at Lake Garda. Although the hotel is not right by the lake, it is only a short drive away and this was a good base for exploring towns on the west side of the lake. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, but with a car you do not have to drive too far to the nearest towns. Breakfast had a good variety of hot foods (eggs, sausages, bacon), various breads and pastries. The hotel has a small pool and playground area for young children.

Una piacevole esperienza
Tutto molto piacevole,location molto carina e pulita. Personale cordiale nel complesso . Piscina e spa gradevoli . Unico neo che stona la receptionist che nonostante avessimo prenotato con possibilità di late check out,ha insistito e polemizzato a lungo con noi.Sconsiglio vivamente questo atteggiamento ostile nei confronti di un cliente. Serve maggior flessibilità e cordialità

🏩Rent, pænt og hyggeligt hotel. Rene værelser, super goe senge, med futter og morgenkåber. Og Lækker morgen mad. Kanon service👏 Fin/ok pool, m. Brus og fint toilet. Spa, ok - lidt slidt, men helt ok - fin 3 t.Inc. Hotelprisen. Vi købte kun med morgenmad og det var vi glad for, der ligger så mange virkelig hyggelig og billige restauranter 10 minutter/kvarters gågang for hotellet. Goe el-cykler. Mega fedt🚴 Er vi i området kommer vi igen. Kh. Familien på 4. 15,21 og 2 Voksne.

Super sejour en couple avec SPA sympa
Séjour en couple, en demi pension: petit dej très bon. Diner bon et copieux mais pas excellent non plus. On a paié l'accès au SPA et c'était excellent (10€ pour 1h dans la piscine avec jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, douche sensoriel, cascade d'eau sur le cou, salle relax avec boissons). Chambre et lit super avec un balcon vue lac. La nuit dans le parking souterrain est payante (8€) mais il y a un parking en extérieur gratuit. Les borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique sont lentes (3kw) mais dispo gratuitement même si dans le garage souterrain.

Alles gut, Frühstück vielfältig. Leider mußten wir für den servierten Cappu extra Euro 3,oo bezahlen. Sauberkeit ist gut Pool und Spa in gepflegtem Zustand. Ruhige Lage mit dem Auto wenige Minuten von Salo' entfernt

Wir sind bereits mehrmals in der Villa Luisa gewesen. Der Service und dasFrühstück sind mittlerweile sehr gut. Es gibt 3 E-Ladepunkte fürs Auto. Mittagessen auch sehr gut. Gerne wieder!

Super Hotel am Gardasee
Sehr schönes Hotel. Waren bereits das 3. Mal dort. Am Gardasee sehr zum Empfehlen. Lage etwas außerhalb aber super fein. Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos (nur mit eigenem intelligentem Ladekabel -> keine Wallbox!)

Tutto perfetto. Ottimo il servizio del personale(reception,ristorante,bar,spa) Location meravigliosa.Unica pecca la SPA che a rapporto della struttura risulta ridotta e con poco personale, una sola persona per eseguire i trattamenti. Di fatto non abbiamo potuto usufruire su i numerosi pacchetti offerti.

Nettes Hotel, familienfreundlich in ruhiger Lage
Schönes Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage am Gardasee auch im Sommer (ja, das gibt es!). Dadurch natürlich etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto kommt man überall hin. In der Nähe gibt es auch fußläßfig ein paar nette Restaurants. Wir waren dort für 4 Nächte mit einer 5-köpfigen Familie. Dafür war das Zimmer sehr klein. Der Pool war das Highlight für die Kids! Uns hat beim Frühstück gestört, dass man sich nicht den Tisch aussuchen konnte und die Kellner teils eher mit sich selbst als mit den Gästen beschäftigt waren. Einige der Produkte (Käse, Wurst etc) wirkten nicht frisch, und auch den Automatenkaffee gibt es in Italien besser.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auf die Zeiten für Frühstück, Wellness und Restaurantbetrieb hingewiesen. Unser Familienzimmer für 2Erwachsene und 2Kinder (9 & 13), war sehr klein, hatte keinen Balkon und keinen Kleiderschrank. Es gab lediglich 4kleine Schubladen und einige kleine Ablageflächen. Eine offene Kleiderbügelstange gab es zu Glück, Bügel waren reichlich vorhanden. Die Betten waren gut, jedoch verrutschen diese leicht. Positiv möchte ich das Badezimmer erwähnen, sehr gute Lüftung, sehr sauber und zum Vergleich zum Zimmer auch geräumig. Frühstück gab es nur bis 10.00Uhr, Kaffe aus dem Vollautomaten. Generell waren wir vom Frühstück bei dieser Preislage sehr enttäuscht, es gab nur Kochschinken, Rauchschinken, Käsescheiben und Blauschimmelkäse. Die Frühstückseier waren immer extrem Hartgekocht, mit bläulichem Dotter. Spiegeleier konnte man gegen Bezahlung bestellen. Ala carte Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und ok. Die Anlage ist generell sehr gepflegt und kostenlose Parkplätze gab es in der Tiefgarage. Das W-Lan funktionierte nicht wirklich gut, deshalb nutzten wir das Mobile Netz um diverse Touren zu planen. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, schön eingerichtet und nach Rücksprache mit dem Personal, konnte man auch die Kinder mitnehmen.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage.
Schönes Hotel mit tollem Spa in ruhiger Lage. Waren in den Sommerferien zum Familienurlaub (5 Personen) am Gardasee und waren von unserem Hotel begeistert. Weltklasse Frühstücksbüffet und immer freundliches Personal. Dazu ein Familienzimmer mit toller Aussicht. Der Poolbereich bietet für Kinder, Nichtschwimmer und Schwimmer genug Platz. Kommen gerne wieder.

Dyrt - men ok hotel.
God beliggenhed i et ikke alt for turistet område. Hyggeligt og pænt hotel. Pool og poolområde blev ikke holdt rent imens vi var der, det trængte det til. Ok morgenmad, men man skulle selv spørge om at få fyldt tomme fade op igen. Morgenmadsrester spildt på gulvet fik lov at ligge uden at blive samlet op, og glemte/tabte poolhåndklæder fik også lov at ligge på fliserne alt for længe før nogen fjernede det. Bedre/større og sundere/friskere udvalg af frokostretter i poolbaren kunne ønskes. Generelt er hotellet lidt for dyrt i forhold til hvad man får for pengene.

un bel week
Io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato per 1 week. La stanza grande bella e pulita come anche il resto dell'hotel. La cena di qualità. L'unica cosa negativa è stato scoprire all'arrivo che la Spa non era compresa nel pacchetto (15 € a persona) per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo fosse inclusa.

Una notte per una festa
Sono stato una sola notte per via di una festa in zona. Hotel buono ma rumoroso campanile che disturba caro rispetto ai servizi che paghi anche se non usi. Non mi hanno nemmeno consegnato il kit per la spa. Parcheggio notturno che apre la sbarra ma non il cancello e il custode non risponde.
