The rooms I rented were not available and ended up having to accept alternatives. The hotel was dirty and falling apart. My bathroom had either blood or feces wiped on the walls. The other room rented had the alarm go off every half hour starting at about 0200. Then the TV blasted on at full volume at 0330. Honestly, the Sheraton and Marriott should be ashamed to have there names associated with this hotel.

For the most part this is a very nice hotel, but in our room was a painting the was hung in the worst place. It was hung on the headboard so it could not be removed but loose enough to wiggle and bang anytime you moved in the bed, it was also positioned so if you wanted to sit up in bed you would have to lay against it causing it to bang into the headboard more. Aside from that it was a nice place.

We were disappointed to find that this hotel is getting old and run down. We arrived and found that one of the beds in our room was made with 1/2 of a sheet. This bed had sheet across the upper half of the bed, and none at the bottom. We advised the front desk. When I asked to see if the sheet had been changed, I was told that housekeeping said there was no issue with the sheets. Obviously someone is not doing their job.

Of course the location is beautiful and restful to the eye. My only complain is that I felt almost $500 for one night was a bit rich when a breakfast wasn't even provided.

Nothing unique about the property. The check-in area looks run down and is not the best first impression. The check-in person was the best part of the stay. The bed was so tall it should have come with steps. I never thought toilet seats could be uncomfortable, but Sheraton definitely found them. The check-out person should give out the card needed to get out of the parking lot instead of making guests walk all the way back. Poor service.
