Great location and awesome customer service! The hotel itself is super cool/modern and clean. The complimentary drinks were a plus and a great start to our stay. Coming back here again for sure!

First time staying at any Hard Rock Property. Excellent stay for a quick get away to San Diego right at the start of Gaslamp. Everything you need is within 5-10 mins walking distance. Very clean hotel and love all the music history and ambiance that surrounds you.

Very nice hotel. Staff were amazing! Only two tiny notes for our room, but it would have been nice to have had a mirror in the bedroom area and also please change the platform bed. We kept running into the edges since the matress was smaller. Other than that great place to stay!

I go to Petco Field to watch the Padre game, This place is everything I need from Quite, Clean, great Gym, Pool close to all dinning, Petco Field and NOBU is right in the Hotel Perfect!

This was our first stay at this property. It was good we would stay here again. It’s close to everything and walking distance. The only thing was our room was a little dusty but overall good stay. The bed was very comfortable

No microwave in rooms but you can request one from the front desk. No room in the refrigerator to store leftovers they stock them with drinks and beers.

my bedsheets had stains on them. There was no soap or anything for the bathroom. There was arguing and fighting throughout the night in the hallway.
