This property is really in need of an update. You pay a "four star hotel" tax because the place has a restaurant and a pool. Then you go up one floor to the rooms and it's like you've gone back in time by 30 years. Filthy carpeting in the hallways, ripped up flooring in the rooms, no A/C, furniture straight from 1992. I couldn't leave my window open on a 90 degree day because I was on the 1st floor and people could just hop right in. The staff ignores you until you speak to them. And if you booked it because it said "parking" in the filter, they don't have any parking. You can unload your bags in the street out front. Other than that, the location is great!

Awful! Extremely poor internet, lumpy beds, run down, old old equipment in gym. The only positive thing about this hotel is that the breakfast was good. Lots of street noise and and horrible views. Very overpriced for this place .

Excellent Hotel with Large Rooms
I liked the big rooms with large bathrooms at this hotel. Good location in downtown area with easy walking to restaurants. Minor issue was the rooms didn't have individual controls for the room temperature.

Right in the center of town, thus very easy to get around. Restaurants, shopping at your doorstep. Hotel is clean and comfortable and complimentary breakfast is a nice extra.

Everything was fine except for the WiFi, which was so slow and disconnected so frequently that it was unusable. I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the heat. It was too warm for me and I had to sleep with the window open. I wasn’t the only room with the window swung wide open.

Maria the manager helped me by moving me to a room with good Wi-Fi reception and less noise. It was terrific. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The spa and pool were really nice. I got a very good massage at a reasonable cost.

Great hotel with spa facilities
The hotel is amazing. Bed is fluffy and cosy. Room is 4*. There is good breakfast. The hotel has a pool, spa and sauna. Gym was not operational for some reason. The only negative is the early check out time at 10. If you arrive late there is not much time to enjoy the room during short stay.

Hotel claims to be smoke free but I had the unfortunate experience of staying in room 105. The only window in the room opened on to a hotel terrace where people smoked. The ash tray was right next to my window. There is no AC so leaving the window open meant dealing w the smoker. Leaving the window closed meant the room was hot. The hotel is in a good location especially if you do not have a car. Do NOT stay in room 105.

Excelent place to stay, on Main Street close to anything, staff was very kind and service. No doubt I will stay there on my next trip. The only small issue, check out is at 10 am, for the rest, it was perfect. Breakfast complete

Nice hotel in the center of Bariloche
Very central location, on the main street of Bariloche. Comfortable room and bed, at a very reasonable price. Good breakfast buffet, with a variety of juices, fruit, toast, eggs, and lots of different pastries. Helpful with storing luggage while I spent a few days hiking in the nearby mountains; I had booked another night at the hotel on my return.

If you care about healthy breakfast, look elsewhere. The service is good, stuff is very helpfull although most of them do not speak any English. You would expect that from hotel reception in a city that is full of tourist from all over the world, rooms are small and simple. Overpriced.

Relaxing trip
Staying in this hotet was in the central part of the tourism. The shopping was endless as well as the samples of chocolates in many stores on the street. The hotel was nice and clean.

Updated hotel and spa. Central location. Rooms are clean and overall it is a nice hotel. It was a little noisy Friday and Saturday nights in the street behind the hotel, but the central location gives you lots of walking options for meals, etc.

The hotel is very central, right on the Main Street. The bedroom and bathroom where both clean. No air conditioning in the room so it got quite warm. There is a fantastic pool. It’s an L shape so it’s possible to do lengths in one section then move to the other section to relax with the water jets

Very comfortable and great location.
Fabulous lacation on main street, not too much noise from outside. Definitely no noise inside from other rooms. Lovely clean room. Comfy bed. Decent bath towels. Good size bathroom. Friendly efficient staff. Very good breakfast.

terribly run down, old, dark and no wifi, bad food
I don't know why they have 4 stars or any good reviews. Its an expensive but old run down hotel with dark hallways and lacking in customer service. the breakfast is only a limited buffet of unappetising food and no fresh juices. the wifi is weak to non existent. In this day and age, that is really a hindrance. the staff hardly speak english. there was a dried mosquito dead on my room wall for days. the spa opens only at noon and then said they have no therapist to offer any services until 5 pm. what use is that? Some services offered at the spa can't even be offered because the person is not around. There is no room service. There is no english tv channel at all. The only redeeming factor is that the hotel is in the centre of downtown next to all the shops and restaurants and the beddings and bathroom were clean (but wouldn't you expect that of any decent hotel, let alone a 4 star that is not cheap??)

This was a comfortable hotel in a nice location. Our room was small, no frills, but the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel was in walking location of so many sights and the hotel staff was helpful and spoke English.
