Trust the reviews, we had no pillows in the room, and the AC was broken. I don't recommend this hotel to stay in, unless you are on a very, very tight budget.
The amenities that are supposed to be included with the rental are not what I was given. My room did not have a microwave, trash can, and the towels were limited. When I had ask the front desk clerk to see about putting a microwave in the room he stated that the owner did not like moving things around. After a bit of a discussion they moved me to another room that had a microwave and refrigerator but did not have any tables or furniture at that. It had trash in the trash can and no towels at all. I had to ask for towels three times and when I requested a late check out of 1 hour they gave me a hard time and we're only able to allow me 30 minutes after check out. I believe that paying almost $90 for a room one should be able to utilize all the appliances and amenities that are provided in the details when booking the room. Some may say this is false advertisement and technically they are in the wrong for not having the rooms prepared at check in.
We had stayed at this property many years ago. We wanted to try it again because we love the size of the beds and it's close to some areas that we visit. However this time we were not very pleased with a few items. No breakfast in the morning, hot water was not available and had to be turned on, and the property seems to not be well kept. We had a good night's sleep but we will most likely not recommend to anyone due to our recent experience.
This was my worst experience yet. The hotel owner was rude. No help at all, i told him that the room i had reserved had roaches and bedbugs. He denied it and said it was his first time hearing about roaches even after showing proof. The hotel is just Unsanitary in general.
The staff was wonderful. Juan went out of his way to make me feel safe and comfortable since I was traveling by myself. The property was clean and quiet. There was a restaurant right across the street which was very convenient. Thanks again Juan for your hospitality.
The only thing we did not like were the noises at night like some one was banging on iron over and over and then there were noises in our room like someone hitting the walls. I even called in about it to the office. Two women traveling alone and we were concerned. We will stay again because it’s convenient to our visiting place. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom dispensers but no big deal we had our own. We had to go get our own towels and Maite bath tissue from front desk but that was also not a big deal. The place was clean and good beds.
I send an email to have upper management contact me and please don't have the disrespectful rude Juan call. We have not received a call.
We lost our key went to front desk to ask for key well it just happen that they could not give us a key because they had registered someone else they should us how our room with our stuff in there was registered under someone else name...
Lost shirts-cleaning lady had returned to front desk but were lost..
By order of Mr. Juan because we ask for a quote for the salon and did get it, we are not allowed to stay there anymore... And if we reserve online we will lose our money...
That Juan guy threatening to call the police which we said please do ... He was trying to provoke into fighting doing signs with his 👊 fist saying he wanted to fight 😡.
And many more things ...
Of course we won't be coming back ... Other then this guy the rest of the staff was nice and respectful and helpful
