only needed the room for a night it was a average experience..but was noisy and even if your in a non smoking room the out side still smells like smoking

The property was fine over all for being somewhere cheap to stay. Could have been better but you get what you pay for. Would stay again if money was tight though.

Check in was fast, everything was explained, hotel had a deposit of $40 with option of card or cash. Clerks when checking in and out were profesional and polite. Continental breakfast from 6am-9am. It offers non smoking rooms.

loose floor tile in bathroom, cracked flooring in bed area,
hot water took way to long to reach the room, no facial tissue in the room, ect.ect.ect. wyndham should be ashamed to offer this property in thier chain!!!!!!

Let people know of rooms that people had pets.
The bathroom sink sprayed water everywhere didn’t realize it until my pants were soaked leaning up against the sink. I started feeling itch and getting asthma so the room was used last with someone who had pets and I am allergic to pet hair and dander. I was tired and just took allergy medicine.

The front desk staff is rude, bitter and above all so disrespectful! I stayed in the same room from Friday- Monday AND HAD TO PAY EARLY CHECK IN FEE OF 25-35 DOLLARS AND ON 2 DAYS AFTER CHICK IN THEY KEPT TRYIN TO CHARGE ME SEPSIS!
Was a great start... minor set back was gnats were in the room heavily. The early Mornin staff, amazin. Then the young lady that took over afternoon/ evenin was rude and actually is over charging me an extra 10 dollars 35 for early check in while i origami paid 25... treated me like extending my stay would not be ideal. Wanted to charge me 167.98 for 2 nights plus 35 dollars because now is Saturday and that's what she charges. I was so impressed but not happy at

Your reservation start time is 3 pm with all 3rd parties and so the hotel has the policy to ask for early check inn fees as per the instruction given by the management. Abandoned building right next door to hotel & a strip club which are not pictured when the location is pulled up on Maps. I did not feel comfortable to stay there let alone have my child there. Lobby smelled funky. I did not stay & when trying to get a refund, Expedia declined to refund even due to the lack of information, & photos provided to customers!
Your staff is very friendly, every single person was helpful. The hotel is overall clean however there is a mildew smell that smacks you in the face when you walk into the rooms. I also question the cleanliness of your bedding…. I was concerned after Day 2 when I found my bedding had “Honduras” burned into the blanket. See picture below. The blanket was replaced right away but it made me question how well the room is inspected for cleanliness.
I wouldn’t mind staying again but my room would need air freshener. Also one other small complaint, the coffee in the lobby looked like dirty water so I opted to make coffee in my room (you should consider switching to k-cups) and my coffee maker acted like it was going to brew my coffee but after 10 minutes of waiting…. NO COFFEE ☹️.

We asked for a room in the lower floor because my husband has really bad knees, I have really bad arthritis on my hips .making it hart to go up stair . It painfull for both of us . Moving suitcases up and down stairs.
The cleaning was horrible the first room I found a hair in my bed so then I was moved from room 217 to 214 and then 214 no wasn’t here my bad but there was stuff all over the walls that I personally claim took pictures and went down and show them to the attendance at the front desk. She didn’t seem as if it mattered or she cared. To be honest I actually think that everyone who works there actually is part of their family so it doesn’t matter was whether they clean well or not pictures enclosed

When you arrive to the hotel the carpet the smells awful like old musty people slam the door all night long down the hallway you have to go up the stairs and they just stink like cigarettes and piss it was awful don't stay there spend the extra 40 bucks and stay somewhere else the guy at the front desk was nice enough but stay somewhere else thank you have a great day.

Very dirty. Not clean enough for the price. Germs can make you sick. Did not use the shower or bathrooms. The value of the room is about $30 or $35 a night tops. Any higher price is simple not worth it
