I liked the pool area, I liked the lazy river but unfortunately it was down for repair most of the stay.

Well kept grounds and fun pool and lazy river. The largest slide was out of service and the food options are very limited/not many healthy options at all. Restaurant closes very early and they charge $20 for 4 smores sticks around the firepit. Biggest disappintment was the description online said there were 2 queen sized fold out couches in the room and there was only 1. They dont have roll away beds so we just had to make it work. Craft area/armadillo club was really fun i doubt we will go back.

The initial impression of the room is nice. But then we start seeing the issues in the room. Everything seemed to be very clean.. and then we had to deal with a roach and other bugs. Some fixtures seemed updated.. but the thermostat touchscreen would randomly not work. A toilet would flush.. but it would continue running unless you messed with the lever. Unfortunately, one of the times we flushed led to the toilet overflowing and it flooded the bathroom hallway in our suite. To the hotel’s credit, they responded to this really quickly but it really soured the rest of the stay.
The lazy river and pool are nice.
Definitely a vacation Resort i enjoyed myself wish i could have stayed longer

Arrived and the lazy river was not open due to maintenance. Really the only reason I wanted to stay here so that was really disappointing. The restaurant food was about the same quality you would get from a theme park. Not that great.
On the plus side the resort was clean, the condo was great! Only the pictures show a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Ours just had a small porcelain tub. Clothes Iron provided in the room was broken and poured water everywhere.
There’s not much to do in San Antonio… but that’s ok because this place is so amazing you can just stay on the resort… the rooms are amazing and the property is gorgeous and full of fun things to do

If you are going to label your operation as a “resort” you should communicate with your customers that a feature of the resort is not functioning. It is common practice to send your customer an email if a feature is no to function and will not be prepared during the time of your stay. I would have chosen a different date if I was told on the front end about the lazy river issue. In addition, a “resort” should have a restaurant that is open longer than 11am-5pm.
I only picked this resort for the lazy River. It was closed and I was not notified.
I would have changed plans .

Overall great place but they should announce on their page or website that the lazy river is closed on Monday and Tuesdays… that’s why alot of people go
Other than that great time
Overall, enjoyed the stay. However, and unfortunately- ours was a noise-filled stay; in that the room next door, had kids & adults that kept loud noise from sunup to sundown. Likewise, and when we advised the young lady at checkout- her demeanor was nonchalant (could care less).
I liked the convenience of everything being so close to each other. Didn't like the check in time at 4pm. And check out at 10am. That's not even 24 hours. The restaurant closing at 8 pm. Isn't optimal either..
We stayed in a suite with 5 people and there was a lot of room. It had a full kitchen and dryer &washing machine which was nice to have.
The pools were nice and kept up. The athletic center had various popular machines available.
We spent a long weekend here with our two teenagers. The two bedroom suite was perfect for us. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The pool and lazy river were great also. We would definitely come back again!

A great family destination. I saw several grandparents with thier grandchildren. Has several amenities for entertaining young children onsite.

This was a beautiful property with excellent amenities. Unfortunately, they messed up our bill so badly it took several trips to the desk to fix. I had completely paid through Expedia but the facility was charging me every day for the room like it wasn’t paid for. Also upon check in we were given keys to a room and they didn’t work. We went back to the desk, they gave us new keys. We entered the room and surprised a family who were already in the room. It was really awkward. They had given us the keys to an occupied room. When I went to get the bill corrected they looked at me like I was the one who was wrong. It was a totally unnecessary situation. I was embarrassed but stayed calm and professional It unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise good vacation. Also be aware that if you use a debit card for the deposit and use any food services, they will increase your deposit by random large amounts everyday. We spent $200 at the restaurant and had over $500 in holds out on our card. It made no sense. Again they were short and rude when I tried to get an explanation. We stay at hotels all the time and this has never happened.

Pool is great for younger children as depth is mostly 3.5 ft through out the pool.
