I would NOT stay at this hotel again. My room was not ready when I checked in.. and then the receptionist provided me with the WRONG information about my event. The elevator did not work and I was on the 11th floor. All guests were using the service elevator. The hotel restaurant "Range' has very frw choices and food is mediocre to say the least.The breakfast was okay. Over all i wouldn't stsy there again and I don't recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location on the river walk. My only complaint is I was on the 7th floor and the day we check in the elevators break down. Still wasn’t working this morning. I had my daughter in a wheel chair. They had us using the service elevator which is great but the line to get on and off the service elevator was horrible. About a 30-45 minute wait to go up or go down. For the price of a room you would think they would give there guest some kind of discount, especially the elderly and handicapped. Alot of guests were using the stairs. This hotel has 17 floors mind you.

The bathroom was fairly run down and not very clean. The faucet was broken in the tub, the grout was moldy and stained and the floor was not well cleaned.

I had such a great experience at this hotel with my family. We were in proximity to everything. The valet was a little pricey but worth it. We actually didn’t drive as much because everything was in walking distance. Overall the breakfast was awesome, front desk and valet service had great service. We will definitely book the next time in San Antonio.

Our staying at the property was very nice, Bryan the front desk manager helped us with the issue we had with our room, he gives us a nicer room and was very helpful. The housekeeping staff Ana she was very nice and cleaned out our rooms really nice and very clean. I loved our staying and we looking forward to come back again soon to this property.

Your two-drink happy hour offers a 'second' class list of beverages. If you pay, another class of liquor (the only kind I chose to drink) is available while the 'free' drink is simply cheaper liquor.

Very nice hotel. Great view from the 16th floor balcony. Amazing breakfast. Strategic location. Walkable distance to riverside shopping center and other beautiful places. Cost of parking is high though. Other than that, everything else is excellent.

Got there and they wouldn’t valet my truck. Said it was to big. But have parked there in the past. They said the hotel no longer control’s that. It is 3rd party now. So asked for refund since we couldn’t park there. We were denied that. Asked for a manager. The guy said I am on duty and had no sympathy for our situation. Hotel was dirty. Had dirty plate by the elevator that set there two day. We have always loved staying there. Even proposed to my wife there. But never again

The happy hour was such an added bonus! And we loved the breakfast in the mornings--- both were unexpected and very much appreciated! We had a bit of a problem upon check-in due to booking through a third party, but all worked out!
