The bath tub had roaches in it . The tv remote was not working correctly ! The a/c took a long time to cool the room ! No refrigerator , or microwave .

This place was not okay. The guy in the office would snatch everything out my hand! I asked for a refund for the 2nd day due to me not staying and I was told he can give me full amount back. I will never be going back to this place. I don’t recommend anyone going here! Also, out side is a lot of people smoking and playing loud music all night.

We arrived, check in was smooth and effortless. Lady at the desk was great and wonderful. We get to our room and there is a machine purifying the air. The smell in the air of the room was so strong it made you cough and burned your throat. Housekeeping came and removed the machine. Temperature in the room was so cold, thermostat on ac said 58. Tv did not work, half of the lights would not come on, toilet would not fill with water, 2 wall outlets in the whole room, mini fridge did not work and was moldy, ceiling in the bathroom was moldy and falling in. After almost 30 mins sitting in a dark room we were coughing, eyes were watering and throats were on fire and had a raging headache. The smell was worse than before. We left for a couple hours (went shopping for new clothes cause we smelled so bad) while the sweet front desk lady worked her magic at relocating us to a new room. After arriving back to facility we get our new room and soon as we walk in the smell of cigarettes and weed were so strong it was overwhelming. Turn on the lights and roaches went scattering. Floor was filthy and beds were messy like someone had been laying in them. This tv only received 6 channels and the only speaking channels were History and a lifetime. Roaches were in the beds. Every night when I arrived back at my room I had to have the front desk reactivate my key card (annoying btw) I’ve stayed at this facility 3 times now and it gets worse everytime. This will be the last time im afraid.

I feel bad for the lady that attended me in Recepcion. She was nice and professional, but the room wasn’t in good conditions. The bed was awful, my back hurts so bad.

Our blankets had cigarette burn! Key didn’t work when we got there! No iron, microwave or fridge! No shampoo or conditioner. I would expect a little more cleaner environment and a simple try would be great!

The clerk did not explain to me that I needed to cancel my second night thru Expedia so he charged me the price of that day. We were there in a medical appointment and were trying to safe as much as possible . When I showed him how much I had reserved for he said he could not change it and that the price he gave me was the price for that day. Aside from that when we went in the room the floor was wet and he said “well you wanted to check in so the room was just mopped “ the floor never dried up. It was sticky and it smelled like pee. The pillows looked like they had not changed pillowcases so I had to put the pillow inside the shirt I was wearing that day. I will never stay there again.

Good things- Mattress was actually comfortable and the sheets were clean. The toilet and sink were clean. Bad things- The floor, the windows, the tub and the mirror in the bathroom had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The shower leaked all over the floor and the towels I grabbed off the rack were dirty from the last occupants. Thankfully we carry our own. Big disappointment would not recommend.

There was toilet paper stuck in my peep hole, soda spilled on the night stand, towels were messy and dirty, floor hadn’t been swept, no shampoo, looked like someone had been laying on the bed, covers were not straight or pressed. The beds was pretty hard even my kids couldn't sleep. There was pee on the walls and something else on the door. During the night there was some kind of domestic disturbance. I thought they would have handled it ASAP but it went on for a while. Someone went out to ask if there was a problem. It woke everyone up. Yes, rowdy or domestic disturbances from other clients are the clients fault, but how the hotel handles it is whats important.
