Hotel was very clean staff was friendly and help with any issues right away. The only thing was remote to tv didn’t work but they exchanged it and everything was great.. was nice to get away and enjoy the stay.

The front desk staff was nowhere to be found when I arrived. It took 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The sheets were stained. The shower curtain also had brown stains. In the middle of the night I was notified that there were multiple break ins and my vehicle had been broken into. I was notified by the police that they had break ins the night before also. The savings on the room ended up costing me more considering I had to pay for an insurance claim for my broken window and vandalized vehicle.

There were bugs in the hotel. I found two scorpions. The towels and blankets were all stained. There was a used bandaid in the shower. The floors were dirty.

The photos made it look renovated, everything in our room was damaged in some way, there were boogers on the wall, had to kill spiders and the bathroom sink was seriously about to fall out of the wall. I couldn’t walk bare foot without my feet turning black from dirt. And the shower handles we’re slimy. They didn’t even have full sized bed pillows…. There was 6 little square pillows which was weird lol. Luckily we only stayed for one night. But the staff was decent! And they are really close to a food truck part so that was a good thing!

No complimentary water, vending machine was out of water and did not take cc, breakfast eegs were not hot or even warm and they were hard and not seasoned. They were out of orange juice and apple juice. The bed pillows were 3 small couch through pillows, the in room coffee maker was covered in dust and the bathtub had a dirt ring.

Had a dog in the room next to me that seemed to bark any time I moved around the room. The dog owner seemed to not care. Kept me up as I tried to sleep. The breakfast was ok, but runs out and you have to ask them if there is anymore because they put out such small quantity of eggs and sausage and other items. Staff was friendly and it was clean but they could use some improving on the things I mentioned. Other than that it would be a decent stay.

We checked in and got a set of room keys. The keys never worked and after about 3 attempts we still stood outside room waiting for staff to come help. We never actually had a key to get in and out. Room was filthy dirty linens and one towel for two people. We will never stay there again. I suggest you run

What I disliked was the odor when I checked in was it Clorox it was so nasty the entire entryway like makes me vomitt. What was it? Almost like a meat market so gross or dollar general. I noticed towels had same smell maybe. I was glad my room was next to laundry smelling fresh but 2nd floor most of night could hear ppl walking around sounding like they were running. But staff was great. 👍

Arrived on Sat and everything was fine until Monday when we returned to the hotel. Very heavy smoking smell in the third floor hall and in our room. Husband went down twice. First the gentlemen said he would check and then the second time was out smoking. I contacted Expedia and they resolved the issue within 5 min. Room freshener was delivered, and we sprayed like crazy. That did work and the fragrance was not overpowering. The young lady was awesome and had great customer services.

I felt unsafe. There was a shooting/ homicide that happened during our stay. There were homeless people with their dogs there. There was no hot water. Horrible experience.
