There were no towels in the room. I called the front desk and I was told if I needed them right away to get them from the laundry myself. Terrible location. Do NOT stay here!

My heater went out and was looking for a cheap option. Just need to somewhere safe and warm to sleep so with that being said, I was not expecting this to be a five star hotel. Made my reservation online. Look to see what the deposit was didn’t see one booked came to the hotel. The gentleman at the front was very adamant About $100 deposit. Which is kind of crazy for $40 room I asked him to show me where he saw the $100 deposit at online. I gave him my phone because I couldn’t find it and it took him about five minutes to find it on the website. So how is a regular person who does not really know the website was to see that and it took him five minutes! I got my room key went into the room heater did not work. Wasn’t going to complain because it was warmer in there than it was outside. The microwave was dirty from top to bottom and horrendous. There was paint peeling from the bathroom wall. There was baseboard flaps, loose the curtain and not close all the way the entrance door look like someone could easily kick it open in the bathroom door was deteriorating so bad and could not close all the way or open all the way due to the door either being too big or warped from water. I have pictures of all of this by the way the bed was actually comfy and no bedbugs thank God but they were cigarette burns all through the sheets, even though this is a non-smoking room. There was some green substance that was stained on the sheets and the bathroom towels every one of them dirty!

We checked in no problem. The room was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom was pretty clean. The lamps were wonky and worn but the bulbs worked. The drawers had pieces missing but still opened and closed and were clean.For a cheap, fly by night trip, it was just fine.

The 100 deposit after already booking and paying for the room caused us to have issues and many guests were complaining as well.

Too many signs of danger. Lights not working, handprints on the TV, musty neasueating air soon as you walk in, multiple suspicious people on the outside. Had to leave and find another place within a half of hour of arriving.

The rooms were real nice. Mine had a huge tub that I made good use of. I got more than I expected from the cheapest room I could find. The staff could have been more attentive and even a fully functioning vending machine or 2 would have greatly improved beverage and snack options...

I'm a disabled handicapped person I used your app and got a room I paid for it on my credit card then when I went there they didn't give me the room they said oh you need $100 security I called up your company which you had a very small print where nobody can see it. They called up the hotel and they said we're not giving you any money back so I slept in my car as a quadriplegic for the night because you took my money

I stayed in a room with two queen sized beds. One of the two beds had what looked like cigarette burn holes in the sheets and what looked like some black ink stains on the bed runner. The shower head did not have sufficient water pressure. Also I was required to provide a $100 deposit in cash at check in, which was returned at check out. I was not allowed to use a credit card for this deposit but could not understand the clerk’s explanation of why. It was something about their payment system not processing.
